I have extremely dry, thin, and brittle hair, so I wanted the argan oil to help me restore some semblance of moisture and balance. The shampoo helps, but it smells awful, at least to me and my husband. The conditioner also helps, and it definitely smells better! Your mileage with these products may vary. My nose still doesn't work properly post-Covid (and it's been 2.5 years). As it turns out, hubby is violently allergic to the shampoo and turned beet red wherever it touched his skin. He did not use the conditioner for obvious reasons. I, who has extremely sensitive skin, had zero reaction to either product. I've been using it once to twice a week now for about three months. The end result has been hair that is infinitely more manageable, shinier, and clearly healthier, a scalp that has decidedly less dry skin itchiness, and no need to wash my hair for FIVE full days after each use, meaning my scalp is finally able to work on repairing itself. I'm thrilled with these results! I'm dealing with the smell for the results I now consistently get, but I sincerely hope they do something to better just that one issue. It's a doozy. ... show more

    • Great Price……but…..what happened to the Conditioner???

I bought this set because I was going on vacation and rather than buy there at an exorbitant price, why not at a reasonable price on Amazon. The shampoo is great and smells wonderful. So why the 3 star rating? The conditioner smells gross. I can’t even describe the smell. The closest I can come to is the smell from a product you use to wash a car or kitchen appliance. I wondered if it is supposed to smell this way or if I got a defective product. I don’t think it should smell this horrible. Conditioners typically smell even better than the shampoo. Sadly this wasn’t the case. Because I’m on vacation it isn’t like I can return it so hence the 3 stars. Five stars for the shampoo and one for the conditioner. I also deducted a star for not being able to return. 😂 I don’t know if I got a dud so I’m not saying you shouldn’t buy this set.
