I found and decided to try this shampoo after trying several this past year that just working for my hair (making it frizzy, brittle, coarse). This is the worst shampoo I’ve ever bought. I had a similar issue with the cap not popping up and I had to get pliers to hold the two points in place to twist. The main issue is this product doesn’t clean very well and I can never get it all out of my hair. I have long thick straight hair and so at first when it happened I gave it the benefit of the doubt to user error. But every time I try to use it no later how long I wash it out I will have patches where there is still product in my hair. I haven’t had this issue with other shampoos so I just don’t understand. The smell is overwhelming for me and don’t care for it. I had also bought the spray first and I liked it but the bottle leaked everywhere every time I used it. I had to move it to another bottle. I have a few products from Eva nyc and they have done WONDERS for my hair! I have very thick, dry hair and this is the only shampoo that doesn't dry it out. The hair mask and curl cream has worked so well for me as well!! Normally around this time my hair is almost dead from the pool but not this time! Actually love the product! Smells amazing and softens and smooths hair. Works best in combination with conditioner! Would have given 5 stars if the product didn’t arrive a mess. The shampoo bottle was covered with product and needed to be cleaned before I could even use it.

The product itself is good but I received the bottle damaged in the sealed box and bag. The box and bag were not damaged but it seems like the bottle popped in the bag.
