    • So difficult
This is the worst shampoo I’ve ever bought. I had a similar issue with the cap not popping up and I had to get pliers to hold the two points in place to twist. The main issue is this product doesn’t clean very well and I can never get it all out of my hair. I have long thick straight hair and so at first when it happened I gave it the benefit of the doubt to user error. But every time I try to use it no later how long I wash it out I will have patches where there is still product in my hair. I haven’t had this issue with other shampoos so I just don’t understand. The smell is overwhelming for me and don’t care for it. I had also bought the spray first and I liked it but the bottle leaked everywhere every time I used it. I had to move it to another bottle.     • Doesn’t lather well
This product doesn’t lather well, could be sulfate build up on my hair and that’s why, but the smell is amazing and it has no harmful chemicals so I will continue using! So hard to find shampoos that truly have no harsh chemicals and this one does not!

I like the shampoo itself. Smells very rich and gourmand, almost sugary, makes hair soft and clean, but mine unfortunately did get delivered in the same condition as the others. The pump doesn’t work and it came in a plastic bag spilled all over 😔

Actually love the product! Smells amazing and softens and smooths hair. Works best in combination with conditioner! Would have given 5 stars if the product didn’t arrive a mess. The shampoo bottle was covered with product and needed to be cleaned before I could even use it.
