I have pretty fragile and thin hair so I am a tough customer when it comes to haircare. However, the packaging is beautiful, the product is clean, and comes highly recommended by a lot of people. It just doesn't work for me because it immediately made my hair feel dry and dull. I hesitate to use any product that put alcohol or scents in their products, but I was in a rush and needed something quick.
