It was delivered ahead of schedule and fully intact - no missing components and it functioned exactly as it should. The sofa looks really good! I got a blue full velvet blue one The color looks even better than the picture ad. The brushed fabric gives you a nice touch feeling. So if you want just a good-looking piece of sofa furniture this is great. The construction seems sturdy on the first look. The storage chest underneath its pretty big You can fit there, a lot of things But make the seat tall and uncomfortable I think has an honest price compared with all the other junk sofas that you find looking around. Probably the best sofabed that you can get on this price from Amazon. This kind of productsare like shoes or clothes. You need to try and sit on it to check how you feel. The problem with sofas is that you can't return it as easy as a pair of shoes. Unfortunately, I can't say anything else more positive about this sofa- bed The panel wood for the base looks pretty strong but they got cheap to put them together with plastic corners and STAPLES... No screws with metal corners, nothing... Just cheap plastic corners and Staples. Pretty much this sofa stays together in staples. So is not a sofa for day-by-day use. However, is not even inviting you to use it because NOW is COMING THE TRUTH! IT'S THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SOFA THAT I HAVE EVER SAT ON IT! I would gladly return this one but it's so much hassle. it's a big and heavy piece of furniture. Let's make these clear! If it was comfy, and you would not put too much stress on this sofa, All these plastic corners and staples would be forgotten. Now. 1. Because of the storage underneath, the seat is coming tall and you will find yourself with your legs hanging. 2. The seat is very tight. The backrest, which is wider than the seat should be the seat and reverse. However is nonsense to have such a tall backrest. 3. The angle between Sitting and the backrest is almost 90 degrees, which makes the sofa even more uncomfortable for sitting or relaxing watching a movie or reading. I used to have a convertible sofa same swift clicking technology to convert in sleeping bed, and that one had 2 different angles of the backrest. If this one had that backrest with a second angle a bit layback, maybe would feel a bit more comfortable. 4. And another thing... This sofa is not about to be firm! This is so stiff and you got a hard feeling sitting on it. Now I have to check out if I can and how can I modify it, make the backrest as seat and the sear as a back. see if I can exchange the mechanical click-click mechanism with the old one with 2 different angles of back rest, and might will be work. Such a shame because that would be made by the manufacturer. Such a bad design to be a comfortable sofa... ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Better than expected! All of the throw pillows can e with it! Well built. Firm cushions with plenty of storage underneath. We had to put the feet on Wache price and Fasten arms and pieces together. Very versatile. My teen boys were able to help get the set down a flight of stairs and help with assembly.     • It's Not Too Bad Actually!

Been using it since I got it and I must say it does hold up! Already hosted quite a few game days with this with no complaints, even using it as a temporary bed! Reason why I placed 4 stars on this is due to the fact that it is like a freaking rock. Firm? Nah. It's like sitting, and laying, on a rock or the ground so had to get a comforter from a bed to put on it to soften it some. If it was actually firm it would be 5 stars all around! Sleeping on this, as stated above, is like sleeping on a rock. The area where you sit has an arch so you'll be 'slipping towards the back area more often while still making yourself if you'll break it but since it goes up to 900lbs I'm putting a lot of faith in it right now until it can be used as a couch 24/7 or until a guest needs to stay the night which I will make sure it has a comforter on top so it doesn't cripple them. Putting the couch together with the items stuffed in the storage compartment wasn't too bad though was a pain to get the arms out as I almost had to force pull them out. Putting on the legs wasn't too bad though 3 screws per leg with a single one in the middle makes me wonder if it should have more screw in it. You are probably wondering is there any holes for the screws? Not that I saw so I had to get a long bit on my drill and drill'em in so size up on where you want them and power screw'em in! All in all, this isn't a bad couch though DAYUM is it hard as heck to sit and sleep on! ... show more

I bought this for my camper loveseat and they shipped flat, but when I opened up the package they filled to a nice full pillow in a few hours. They look great. Just a nice throw pillow. I lean on it on my couch against one in the corner when I watch TV. Works perfectly.
