I really like the look and feel of this case. It feels sturdy in my hand. However it was very difficult to insert the phone as the fit is so tight. Once it snapped in, all was good. Overall, very happy with it. Otter Box doesn't disappoint.

If you have a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra this is the only case you should look at. Soft - pliable - three components of protection.. buttons work perfectly thru the case and nothing I have ever tried comes close to the quality of this case. You get what you pay for. I bought this exact case when I first got my phone 5 years ago. Since I've retired I give my phone a workout every day. It took 5 years before I finally wore out the on/off button. So glad I could still buy this model and brand of case!! A++ ... show more

It’s a great sturdy box . It affects the sound quality though. Not always but sometimes people say they can’t hear me or I can’t hear them. Just for a second. Causing words to break up. Might cover the microphone?? Not sure . My grandson says the same thing. But as far as protection goes, it’s pretty much indestructible. Just be sure to speak directly into the phone.
