I love the extra light they provide when coming home from work in the winter evenings. When we ordered them in February, we were concerned that the daylight would be too short to appropriately charge them. We were pleasantly surprised and they charged up perfectly. Update 8/15 After my original review the sellers contacted me and sent me a replacement and they all work and are wonderful. I am so impressed with their customer service and the way they handled it. 4 stars because after five weeks, I’m down one. I ordered 2 batches for a total of 8 and they were delightful for 5 weeks with cute glow lights interspersed with the “free” landscaping on the other side of our fence. Drought issues added to some of the problems because it was hard to move them to make sure they were getting good daily sun - hard to punch them into rock hard soil. After some rain, I noticed one wasn’t working so I did as suggested to fix it to no avail. Too bad because I’ve gotten compliments in them, so pretty. Oh well… ... show more

I bought a back of 4 of these lights. I really like the look of them and the simplicity of assemblage. The lights had enough of a charge that they all worked the first night they were in. The disappointing part is that one of the lights has already stopped working (after maybe 2 weeks of use).

As I pushed one into a flower pot, the base broke in half, then the solar panel snapped off! 6/27/23 - upon writing this review, the company contacted me and quickly arranged a replacement. Since it was only one light that was defective, I was surprised to receive a box of 4 replacements! The new ones work fine and produce a soft golden glow at night. ... show more

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my mom and she loves them. They are decently bright, enough to mark a foot path. They also stay lit most of the night. Most of the light come on at the same time each night, we do have one that's a bit slower to come on by a few minutes for some unknown reason. That's our only complaint with them though. I know other people say they've had problems with them but we haven't personally. ... show more

Sigh. I really, really wanted to love these, because the concept is so cool, and I've ordered from this company many times in the past and have been satisfied. First, one of the four sets of lights did NOT work at all. Then, when I turned the other three on, they were all ORANGE. They weren't the color you'd expect for outside landscaping lights - I expected a "warm" light to be like the yellow gold of twinkle lights.. but they weren't. I've purchased 5 sets of lights from this company in the past, and this is the first time I've ever been unpleasantly surprised. The orange color of these bulbs is the same exact color as they use inside of their sidewalk tiki torches, but the orange is expected in those because the inside is supposed to look like a real flame from fire. Unfortunately for me, the orange on these is really off putting when all of the other lights lining my home are the golden twinkle color... but if you like orange lights, then maybe these are for you! I waited too long to set them up, so it's past the 30 day return window, sadly. ... show more
