I was worried the couch would be too small for my space but after assembling everything the size was perfect! Def make sure to look at the measurements bc this couch is on the petite side. It was comfortable, loved the appearance and size of this smaller sectional. Great price! It was super easy to assemble. Unfortunately, we did return it for a larger size. It was just too small for our TV room. I hated to return it because of the quality and comfortably. I was able to find one from the same manufacturer. So it was a win. I wish I could go back in time and tell my past self not to waste time buying this. The pieces were made improperly, so it was impossible to line them up when assembling the couch (not to mention some of the edges were ripped, but I would have dealt with it if the rest of the couch wasn't a piece of junk). Requesting a pickup for this couch has been a nightmare. When you try to use the service through Amazon, they only have pickup windows during the day on weekdays. I do not work from home and have a very strict job, so this was not an option for me. I was directed to Pilot Freight Services pickup which provided a weekend option. They provided a 4-hour window. Unfortunately what they don't tell you is that it's actually a 6-hour window. They arrived over an hour early and were surprised that I was not reachable at the time. I contacted Amazon again in an attempt to reschedule this, and they only had one timeslot available on the weekend 2 weeks from that date. This couch has already been taking up my entire space for 2 weeks, so that was not doable. Once again, I was sent to Pilot Freight Services. It turns out they don't typically have weekend options available, so I rearranged my work schedule to be available during the week (which was not easy). And once again the false 4-hour window holds true and it is actually a 6-hour window. Only this time they were late. I was going to repurchase this couch hoping the next one will be made as advertised, but after all of this trouble and I am making a purchase elsewhere. At this point, I'm willing to pay a hefty price for a well-made couch. What a colossal waste of my time. ... show more

I ordered the additional service for the people to deliver this item inside my house which was awesome. Especially with three big boxes, I am disabled. But it was still not difficult to put it together as the individual pieces it was all light enough I could put it together on my own. My living room in my new house is a kitchen, eat-in area and living room combo. On our third home and twice the size of our last and our biggest house and I have the smallest living room if you even want to call it that I have ever seen. But after a very long search I picked one then it was out of stock so I this one was listed as just like so I got it. I did however get a big surprise, two that is when I opened the boxes. This couch was not leather but fabric. I had only been looking at leather sofas as I have three shedding dogs. But the sofa is gorgeous. The other thing was there was dirty marks on different places on the sofa. Lucky I was able to get them off and the worse ones are on inside piece that will never be seen so it worked out but still. A brand new sofa should not be stained and covered with dirt. As for the pet hair well I just found the absolute amazing dog hair removal roller so I am not really to worried about that anymore either. It’s just so perfect and an excellent buy. So, easy assemble off the bat. All pieces came in looking good. I don’t sink into this couch which I think will be a good thing in the long run as it softens up a bit but right now ehhh. I bought this couch for the chaise and size for small spaces. It was easy to assemble and fits in small spaces. My new puppy who is 22lbs, and has legs 12 inches long has taken over the chaise part!! I have yet to sit on the chaise!!! The cushions are supportive but not soft but it's better than no support at all! ... show more
