I purchased the bike in late September 2023 and the bike came with in the desired time frame and was quite easy to assemble. I did take it to a bike shop after my assembly to make sure I put it together correctly since I'm not really mechanically inclined. They say I did good and I bought a rack and saddle bags for carrying stuff. The bike has great power and is very comfortable to ride. This is my 2nd e-bike and it is a big upgrade from my last bike which was only a 20 inch. This bike is big 26 inch and feels much more secure then my last bike. The computer gauge is nice and colorful and it has miles per hour and distance and trip gauge and other various controls as well. The battery is very accessible and easy to remove for charging. I've noticed when the bike is completely drained it's less than 8 hours to charge completely or overnight. I had a problem with the battery in January and contacted customer service about the battery issue. They had me send some requests to get a replacement battery since it was only 3 months old. I sent them some pictures and a video and my payment information and they were quite cooperative with me and addressed my situation and now they're sending me a replacement battery on them. So OSOERI is definitely a good bike and good company to back the bike in case you have issues for a full 2years ! This made my purchase stress free knowing they will fix what ever on the bike for 2 years and I'm glad I found this company and bike. I recommend this bike as there is nothing on Amazon or any other website that comes close to this bike for it's price! The motor and stability of this bike are equal to a bike twice this price ! I recommend buying this bike and model as I am very pleased with it's ajility and power and compfort it's easily a Cadillac of e-bikes for it's price and double it's price! This is my first Ebike and i happy with the purchase. I wasn't sure what to expect when the shipment arrived, however, i found this: Shipped quickly Packaged really well. Easy to assemble (Instructions take you step by step). Comes with light, horn, comfortable seat. Very impressed with the quality of this bike. If you want to achieve the Max speed (28mph), you must email the company to get instructions on how to do so. (Default speed is roughly 19 mph). Great bike.
