This is my first e-bike, I have only had it for 24 hours, and I am 60 years old. I have spent a while trying to learn as much as I can about features like motors, gears, brakes, batteries, etc. When choosing this bike it ticked all the boxes for the price range I was looking at. I knew that there were two things I was probably not going to like about this bike out of the gate and I was right. The seat is very uncomfortable for an old man who has more testicular hang than he did back when. The other thing is the fenders are very flimsy and that's probably because it's meant to be a mountain bike and a solid fender could get damaged rather easily. To be honest there is one other thing that I wasn't expecting and that is the display is very difficult to see when you get it out in the open. There is no backlight adjustments that I can find, and nothing online for this display that I can find either. With all that said I am actually very pleased with the bike over all. It's solid, was easy to assemble, settings are easy to modify if need be, rides very well with very little hesitation from pedal assist or straight power. I spent all morning taking it through the paces, and got a good workout and was able to sit back and let it power me along when I needed a break. Would I recommend this bike? Yes, but I would add that you really just need to find the bike that appeals to you. ... show more

First, packaging was terrific. Every part that could have rubbed during shipped was tightly wrapped. Bike arrived without a scratch. Pro, if you have assembled bikes before this one is easy. Most parts can be fingered tightened to hold in place until ready to finish with tools, tools are cheap but adequate. Needed a second person to hold bike while lowering front forks onto front wheel. Pro - fit into axile perfectly, but seeing to line up both sides and disc brake required the extra help. Pro ride is good, con the fat tires do not turn like the regular narrower tires. Find a flat open place to practice. We have a cul de sac just up the street. Pro really good power. I picked this bike for its powerful battery. Its output being higher than the 750W motor and pushing the boost button gave good accelertion. We have a lot of hill in our neighborhood. this bike pulled them without a problem. I did have to increase the P level for the steeper hills but then the motor pulled me up without a problem. Pro, power cuts off about one second after you stop pedaling. As you crest a hill and prepare to brake on a downhill curve the power cut out give you complete control. I didn't think that I would like the straight handle bars but it allows you lean in further to reduce the wind resistance on the downhills. I felt that I was sitting up straight enough on the flat places. Pro, the graphics in the instructions show where everything is, Con - however it did not explain to open the cover on the battery power button to find a toggle switch. Cover looks like a ' push here' style. Con, the LCD display is not visible in regular daylight - pro, however this is the same display as present on every ebike. I really like the front light and playing with the horn. Thinking about glasses with the review mirror in the corner. AND I might clothes pin a baseball card to hit the spokes. Pro, my old legs can get me all the way through our two miles of hills with this motor assist. ... show more

It took me a little longer to put together being disabled. But would be easier for most. I got the bike to go 27mph and I weigh 235lbs. Was very easy to drive and I also like the wide tires. It also has a very comfortable seat. And the size is much larger than my regular 26" bike. But not an issue at all..... It doesn't come with a rack set up but I bought a rack from Amazon that worked nicely. I live 25miles from town and I plan on trying to make the trek whenever the seller starts to sell replacement batteries. I cannot find one anywhere. However I seen some videos that shows it can be done with someone with real knowledge. I'm just a novice and will be better off waiting for an extra battery. Fairly Easy to assemble if you have put other bikes together in the past. The only thing you need to be careful with is the handle bar mount. One screw was very tight to remove from the handle bar mount assembly. I think it may have been cross threaded at the factory. If you have tools at home you are better off than the ones included. But they will do the job. A Set of T-Handle Allen wrenches save you some frustration. It's easy to mis-align the bolts as they go in. So be careful as you tighten. Tighten them evenly in a cross pattern and it you will be ok. Stripping them will surely have you calling for a replacement. The bike motor has plenty of power. I am heavy (~230#). I've taken it on loose dirt and it performed really well. The bike is heavier than a normal bike (expected). I had to charge the battery overnight for a full charge. It is a big bike and someone shorter than 5'9" may have issues getting on it. The horn and light work good. There are no turn signals as someone else mentioned there was. The Shimano gear was aligned out of the box. No tweaking out of the box+ Great shipping container. I'll have to spend some time chopping it up for garbage day. The display is dim in the sunlight - I still can make out most it. Things you probably will want to add: Cellphone mount, mirror and water canister. The bike is very good, love the fat tires, assembly was easy and straightforward. Only problem is the saddle (seat) has 2 cuts in it and will only get worse. I spoke with Amazon and they are suppose to have them contact me. Up date: Osoeri made it right and actually got me a better seat than what it comes with. Did a 30 mile hard trails ride with battery fully charged and I could not believe it but still had 5 bars showing when the ride was over. That was awesome, I am a 200 lb man and did not expect going this far. ... show more
