Great alarm set. Alarm is VERY loud. Easy to setup. Door sensors are cool. The only thing I wish is that the door sensors would audible say which door is open once you rename it in the app. Currently it just chime when opening (support only mentioned that I just chimes). Really good system for the money. Wanted to purchase another screen hub but it only comes in a set but the security for what it gives is really reliable. App works good and can even setup different scene mode (disarm, arm , home) on the app so that way it can be available on the Apple Watch for quick warming and disarming. Overall, really good product.

I don't usually write a review but I felt I had to due to the fact that for several months I was looking to replace my Swann Security System and came across your product. After doing some research regarding this security system I am very impressed with the functionality as well as the ease of use which is really top notch and for the price you can't go wrong. I really like that I can take it off my network and the power can go down and it is still working. I want to personally thank the team at OSI for creating such a great product. The alarm system works well and I like it. The issue is the supplier or manufacturer seems to have limited inventory on Amazon and I wonder about long term support for this product. You can't buy a lot of the accessories on Amazon and have to order from a website that ships from Canada into the US.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install and works great! I now have motion sensors on entry, doors and windows. You can set the timer on delays before alarm goes off upon leaving or entrance. If you're like me and don't want any wires showing you'll need a 12V DC transformer. Very satisfied with this purchase and ease of use.

It Activates from Panel, Cel App, Remote control and Can Configure easily to sends Alerts via CelApp, SMS and Phone Call using a prepaid local area Cel Chip. You can configure every sensor with a name, so you know what door is open, no issues with sensor distance between 3 floor story. Can configure if you want alerts ehen door opens or not, Working perfect in Mexico

This is a low cost Home alarm system. Which i though would be a waste of money. But it turned out to be a great system. Easy to configure, well built, brings a reasonable amount contact and motion sensors. My home is relatively large made of cement contruction. The 433mhz alarm system sensors performed very well. Sensor responeded immediately. I did order the 433mhz extender to assure my self sensors are getting the best signal. Cement and rebar is a tought cookie to Crack. But it's working well, touch panel is very high end for this price range. Can't complain for now let's see how it holds up through time.

5 months in and we loved this DYI alarm at first but not so much anymore! The doors used to beep when you open a door or window but now it has stopped. The batteries in the door and window sensors need to be changed often. The speaker on the touch screen is so distorted it sounds like it is blown. Customer service is non existent as it’s online and it just takes you through common problems. They do software updates but the latest update didn’t fix our problems. This is worthless to us at this point. I guess we just need to buy a different brand. Update on 12/01/25, One month after our not so good review I figured they may reach out to help correct these issues but still no customer service. As stated in original review stay away from this one!
