Features
- The Vibe is equipped with the latest generation robotic 4D massage system. This advanced technology enables the massage heads to move up, down, side to side, and in and out from the backrest, allowing for precise targeting of key areas along the back.
- The automatic body scan tailors the massage to each user by detecting their unique shape and size, ensuring optimal comfort and effectiveness.
- The deep calf kneading feature in the Osaki Vibe uses a moving calfrest to relieve calf tension, improve circulation, and aid muscle recovery.
- The space-saving technology maximizes room efficiency by allowing the chair to glide forward as it reclines, enabling full recline functionality with only 4 inches of clearance from the wall.
- Inspired by NASA, the Osaki Vibe incorporates Zero Gravity, which elevates your legs to heart level. This posture promotes even weight distribution, alleviates pressure on the back, and enhances circulation in the legs. It also ensures uniform pressure from the massage rollers, delivering a balanced and consistent massage from the shoulders to the lower back.
- Constructed out of from Laser-Crafted Steel, the Osaki Vibes SL-track Technology enables massage rollers to move seamlessly from your head to your hamstrings , providing a comprehensive full-body massage.
- The Osaki Vibe features 32 strategically placed air cells throughout the chair, providing a full-body massage that aids in promoting better blood circulation.
- Three foot rollers are positioned at the base of the footrest, rotating to stimulate key areas of the feet with nodes that mimic the sensation of thumbs pressing into the balls, arch, and heel. These rollers help stretch muscles and connective tissues while targeting essential reflexology acupuncture points, enhancing circulation and providing relief.
- The footrest of Osaki Vibe can stretch up to 6 inches, making it fitting for users of various heights. The built-in body scan detects the user's leg length and automatically adjusts the footrest extension to ensure an ideal fit.
- Infrared heat pads in the lumbar and feet areas provide gentle warmth to enhance the massage's effectiveness by relaxing muscle tissue. This allows the air compression in the legs and back rollers to work more efficiently and promotes better circulation. Heat control is easily managed with the remote.

So I did a good 3 weeks of research before I landed on this chair. Originally I only wanted to spend about 2k but needed a chair that could really work on my neck and upper back. I've got a muscular back and needed something that could really get deep into the muscle to remove the massive knots I have built up. I'm literally shocked but this chair has the power to get down into them and has already started working them out after just a week and a half. And I'm talking deep, I go or used to go and get deep tissue massages and the ladies just never really could apply enough pressure to help me (One of the problems from lifting heavy wights for over 25 years) and even more shocking it's started to help my neck as well. I specific modes that focus on the neck and when you remove it from 4D into 3D it really digs super deep when the pillow is off especially where I have herniated disks in my neck it gives relief to those areas. This chair is super heavy, you'll def need help moving it around if you have any steps but the 2 rollers on one side do help a lot. I'm super impressed so far with every part of it, even my wife and kids love it lol.....Spend the extra money for this model it's so worth it. Don't have a pic but mine looks just like everyone else's...it's the black

The Osaki Vibe 4D Massage Chair has been one of the best massage chairs I’ve experienced. Setup was fairly straightforward because the chair arrived mostly assembled. I rolled it into my front room, plugged it in, and connected the mini screen. There were two downsides during setup. First, the chair is extremely heavy. I moved it by myself, which was challenging, although the built-in wheels helped significantly. Second, the instructions did not clearly explain how to connect the mini screen. I had to search online for the answer, and it wasn’t easy to find. Eventually, I discovered that the connector cable is located on the left side of the chair when sitting in it. I also wish there were more customer reviews available to better understand the chair’s features and installation process before purchasing. As for the massage itself, it’s excellent. I frequently deal with knots beneath my left and right shoulder blades from working out, and the 4D massage technology does an outstanding job of targeting those areas and providing relief. The calf and foot massage functions are also very enjoyable. The calf massage uses airbags and rolling kneaders, while the foot section uses rollers that massage the bottoms of your feet. My only complaint is that the calf rollers can be a bit aggressive on bare skin, so I typically wear sweatpants for added comfort. The chair offers a huge variety of massage programs. My personal favorite is the Thai Stretch program, but there are plenty of options ranging from relaxing morning massages to deep tissue treatments. The Bluetooth feature was simple to connect to my phone and works great for playing relaxing music while enjoying a massage. Overall, this is an impressive massage chair with excellent massage performance and features. A few improvements to the setup instructions and customer resources would make the experience even better.

I'm impressed. To be fair, this is my first massage chair so I have no others to compare to (except that one chair in the mall that got a little too frisky 😬), but I have spent 7 years getting 1-2x monthly massages from two therapists for chronic pain that never seems to resolve. This chair has done more in 2 sessions than basically the entire past 7 years. I don't know how it does it, but it is hitting points in shoulders and glutes that human massage didn't touch. I did an initial 15-min test run of the relaxation option, then came back for Restorative for 30 mins before bed. I slept like a log last night. I don't sleep well, ever. This morning, I did 30 minutes of Shiatsu and spent the entire day looking forward to trying it again tonight. I am impressed at an improved range of motion I haven't previously experienced with actual massage therapy. We'll see how it progresses but initial results are very promising. My 10 and 17 YO sons both love it and have been in and out at various points, both excited to return as well. Price notwithstanding, the results are superior to anything I've experienced before, I don't have to worry about leaving the house, I can get a massage as often as I need and I expect I will look back on this as one of the better wellness purchases I've made. I'll try to remember to come back here and update after some time has passed, but initial impression: this is a good machine.

The chair is wonderful which I would rate 5 stars. My 1 star rating is because the Manual is awful with a number of significant problems: 1) it tells you how to operate/install the chair completely opposite of what needs to be done, 2) After a massage is complete, the chair remains in the massage position without returning you to the home position so that you can exit. The manual doesn't tell you how to get the chair back to the home position. The internet gave me instructions that didn't work either. I discovered that if I hit the power button twice, the chair will return to it's home position, 3) I had to search the internet to learn what each massage program did since the manal has no guidance, 4) the communication cable for the remote controller runs from the controller down towards the back of the seat alongside your arm which is very annoying and in the way, 5) the main power switch is located in the back on the base. The manual says that the main switch has to be turned off after the massage is complete. If you don't turn the main switch off, two bright red lights blink continuosly. You should be able to completely turn the main power on/off when in the chair, 6) If your chair is positioned in a corner of the room, it's virtually impossible to reach the main switch. I solved that problem by installing a power strip extension cord. Its very aggravating to get in the chair properly positioned for a massage and realize that you have to get out to turn the main power switch on, and 7) finally, the Voice Controller leaves a lot to be desired. If I were Japanese and spoke broken English, the controller might be able to understand my commands. She, the Voice, does not understand what I'm saying. The list of commands is conveniently hidden on the back of the Remote (not in the manual) which is not easy to access. I succesfully gave the command "Pause massage" but there is no command to "resume". The Voice is not very pleasant and very difficult to use. So, this review is mainly for the engineers who designed this chair in hopes that they will fix these problems. Pay an American to write the Manual rather than a person who thinks he/she can speak English as a second language.

This chair has a lot options (existing setting modes and manual options that you want to focus: body parts/massage technique & strength). It always measures the user’s body before operating. It is easy to use. I love to use the existing mode (office, sport, and night). I always fall asleep on it during the massage session.
