I had a couple challenges initially... 1) I ordered Black, but they called and told me they only had Brown in stock. They offered my a credit, which I accepted. 2) The first chair was shipped to someone else, and they offered me another credit. I finally did receive my chair, and I'm very happy that the seller communicated regularly, and did make good on the credits offered. Gee was a pleasure to work with... As for assembly, the instructions are very vague, so I would recommend watching the video I found via Google search. However, the quality of the chair appears exceptional. I just got it put together, and haven't had a chance to spend a bunch of time in it, but so far so good. I will update again if I have any issues. ... show more

Bought this for my parents. It's a nice chair, and they're enjoying it so far. Assembling was quite tricky though. A note to anyone else purchasing a large item for the first time: it takes a couple of weeks to arrive. The seller was very responsive and patiently addressed any concerns I had. 1- Excellent customer service from Osaki. They communicated within 24 hours or faster for all of my questions. The delivery was a little different because they contracted with a delivery service, Ceva, but Osaki was on top of making sure I got the delivery scheduled. You need someone to sign off on the delivery. One of the side panels had a scratch and Osaki sent a replacement part immediately. 2- Great product. With 2 people, it was easy to assemble. I purchased this for my husband. We love it. When it arrived, there was a hose disconnected in the shoulder airbag. I contacted the technical department who handles issues and had a very positive experience with the team that is in place. Rachel, Jose and Ruth were phenomenal in getting us the support we needed to troubleshoot this. We are waiting for the part at this point, but I'm appreciating how quickly they called me back to get things moving. This chair is worth the investment. The airbags are very effective and strong. The programmed massages are great. On the control pad there is a hidden panel where you can select even more massages, pinpoint where you want a massage and the type, intensity, and time. I've played with every function and am very pleased. If you need something that really will touch and impact your muscles, this is it. We looked at the model one down from this and I can't imagine not having all of the airbag features that are on this one. ... show more

    • great massage, good lower back pain relief
I have to preface this by saying this is the first massage chair I've ever owned. In addition it is the first and only massage chair I've ever sat in. I did pay full price for this machine so this review is not gratuitous. Really must say this gives you a good massage, good foot rub, very relaxing. Really enjoy the Muscle Relief mode which is a general overall muscle relaxer, head to toe. Just that a few times per week and I'm golden. Most others enjoy it but don't like the pressure it puts on the hip or the IT band as my massage therapist calls it. The area that runs down the side of the legs from the hip to the knee, it gets pressure from balloons built into side of the chair. I rather enjoy that pressure as that is a problem area for me. Place a small pillow between my legs so my hips are not shoved completely together while this is taking place. Painful at times during the massage but no longer a problem during my workday. Will elevate my legs at times in the chair putting legs straight be adjusting the length of leg massage component. Then move myself more into a slightly inverted position. If you have an inverter you know what I'm talking about. Then I will remove the head pad and bare the massage nodes or put them underneath the leather padding that is attached to the head pad. Will set chair to shoulder massage and lay with my arms across my chest and over my head. Best shoulder massage I've ever had from any machine. If I have the opportunity to sit in another massage chair this review may get modified. I'm very happy with this product. This chair has already given about 50 massages over the last couple of months. Everyone who sits in it for the most part really enjoys the massage. It's not for everyone but it's definitely a nice addition. Great for relieving back pain, stretching back and shoulders. Has a great stretch massage mode that works great for stretching you out. ... show more

I dislike the fact that it is advertise as an l track even though it is not. When you search for L track massage chair this product should not pop up.

I love this chair. It was very cost-effective to purchase. Talk about a great value. If you compare them to the price on another chairs, they are complete and total value for the money and work great.
