We had no ability to speak with an actual human about the delivery of this product. CEVA the shipping agent has no way to contact them. We did not know if this product came assembled or not. It did come assembled, but we could not purchase any white glove delivery option. So this chair is sitting in my garage! going to return it. We tried it in the garage to see if it worked. The foot massage feature is very uncomfortable. I disabled it. The rest of the massage was just ok. My Dad's 40 year old massage chair is just as good. ... show more

The airbags for arms are far away fekm from my shoulder and my husband’s shoulder. None if us enjoy any upper arm massage. Leg and back massages are good

This massage chair is only for looks. The leg extension will keep you scrunched up during the whole massage. The foot massage is like torture. I honestly wouldn't have given $500 for this massage chair. Look elsewhere for a good massage chair as we have had about 10 different people try this chair and every person said it was horrible.
