Tried 2 or 3 of the grip kind and they always break in a few weeks to months. Had this one for nearly a year and have had no problems with durability. The clear plastic claps around the remote allows you to see whether the remote is on and despite looking and feeling flimsy it has held up really well and I’ve had zero problems! Magnet is powerful and keeps your MagSafe compatible device securely positioned. Best phone mount I’ve had for a controller to date.

The Orzero Magnetic Controller Phone Mount Clip is a solid buy for the price. I do have long term concerns about the clip locking mechanism but time will tell. The magnet is strong and works with any case with a Magsafe connector though users do get 3 Adhesive Metal Rings in the event your phone/case does not have them built in. The hinge is strong enough for folder devices such as the Galaxy z fold 7. Overall I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

balance is really awkward since a controller is so much lighter than a iphone the magnet is really strong though and works perfectly for PS5 remote streaming the clip was also really easy to get onto the dualsense controller. It all fit perfectly.

The clip is not nearly strong enough, so the weight of my phone with a slight movement will make the whole mount come off and drop my phone. It's a terrible design, where a tiny piece of plastic bears the fully weight of securing the entire clip, but the gravity of your phone actually pulls that small clip in the direction needed to undo it. I had a similar mount previously that I had to replace when I got a new phone, and I never had any issues with the clip coming off of that one. It's a shame, because the magnet is super secure, which is the only reason for 2-stars instead of 1.

This fits well and is sturdy enough to hold either a phone or my large tablet, but it can be a little hard to take off of the controller, so I often worry that I may end up breaking it- but it seems to be able to put up with the rougher handling that I seem to have to put into it in order remove it from the controller.

I bought this for my iPhone since I don't have a lightning backbone anymore and I can't complain it's easy to attach to my controller the magnet is stronger then I thought yeah it's top heavy but nothing a little adjusting can't fix I honestly prefer using my controller now instead of a gamepad like my gamesir I been playing wz mobile and gameplay feels more natural and magsafe is king no more clamps for anything less clutter and no wires running from my phone to a controller
