I bought this laser( 20W) last Feb., it said it has a year warranty, but Ortur said NOPE. It was great at first then it started to cut my wood very inconsistently. It is useless to me, I use it to cut patterns for my 3D art work. I will have to replace it but if these lasers only last a year I am getting a 10W as cheap as I can find one. And it will NOT be a Ortur or Two Trees.

I bought it for leaf carving, but the merchant's app doesn't work. It's outrageous. The merchant said their app is being upgraded, and there is no clear recovery time. The wifi connection keeps disconnecting. In short, it's a terrible shopping experience. Don't buy it. It's a broken thing. It's annoying...
