I bought this laser( 20W) last Feb., it said it has a year warranty, but Ortur said NOPE. It was great at first then it started to cut my wood very inconsistently. It is useless to me, I use it to cut patterns for my 3D art work. I will have to replace it but if these lasers only last a year I am getting a 10W as cheap as I can find one. And it will NOT be a Ortur or Two Trees.

I have been working on getting this machine working all day (12) hours and still no closure to getting it to work than I was 12 hours ago. JUNK!!!
