My 9 year old son was delighted with this. He sent me a link for a different one that was on sale but I thought this would be a better fit for his tastes and use case. He was surprised and said hey this is the one I really wanted, but since the other one was less expensive I sent that one instead. (I compared the output, freq range, battery life and water resistance plus the cool light thing, this was a better bargain). That's what I call a dad win. Its what he calls a Julian win. So.......     • Ortizan X-10 Great Speaker, Great Price!

I picked the Ortizan X-10 wireless speaker because it has an auxiliary cord connection as well as Bluetooth, so I can use it in my Hospital room where I'm stuck for a few weeks. The audio in the room comes through a crappy speaker in the remote control but it has an auxiliary cord connection. I was so excited when the X-10 arrived. I plugged it in immediately and was thrilled by the sound quality. It is perfect for my situation. It also supports Bluetooth and works great with my phone when I feel like listening to music. Phone calls are supported as well and the sound quality during the call is excellent. A couple caveats; since it has speakers at both ends you get better sound when it's laid sideways, meaning you if you stand it on end you lose some of the sound. Also you can't charge it while the Auxiliary Cord is plugged in or it will make an unpleasant buzzing sound. Overall, I would definitely recommend this speaker, especially at the price point @$30! ... show more

I got the Ortizan speaker recently and I’m really impressed with it. It’s very portable and small, making it easy to carry around in a backpack or even just by hand. Perfect for taking to the park, beach, or using around the house. For its size, the sound quality is surprisingly good—clear audio with decent bass. It’s definitely great value for money if you want something affordable but still reliable. Also, I had a question about pairing it and contacted customer service. They were responsive and helpful, getting back to me quickly and solving my issue without any hassle. Update: I have to brag on the outstanding customer service of this company. After hearing about my difficulties with getting the speakers to connect, I was emailed several times with corresponding follow up emails to make sure that I was happy. I'm so impressed by how they handle a situation and turned a negative experience into a very positive one. Definitely recommend! Difficult to connect. I bought two for a party and ended up having to use an old speaker because I couldn't get these to connect. Bummed out that I waited past the 30 day mark and now I can't return them. Although a few occasions where they do connect they work beautifully. But it's so stressful attempting to connect them that it's just easier to use my old speaker. ... show more

This speaker literally came out of the box and ready to rock. From the box to playing music took less than 60 seconds to set up. Big and nicely labeled are easy and intuitive to use. Has a good solid feel to it which makes it durable. The range from my phone to speaker is more than adequate for my uses. The handy carrying strap came attached making it great for either hanging from a hook or carrying around your wrist. It’s a great looking, great sounding device at a great price.
