I actually really like this bed. The only reason I only gave it 4 starts and not 5 is because I would really like if the sides were a bit taller so my pup could get in there a bit more, but overall it is soft and seems to be nice for your older dog to help with sore bones and such.

We've bought quite a few dog beds. I am so impressed with this dog bed. It's very nice quality, attractive, a good size, and with the cost I am very happy with it. I was pleasantly shocked by how well it's made, especially the thickness of the cushion. We bought the medium for a pincher and chihuahua mix and its actually really roomy.
