So, I bought this product about a month ago. I can say that it does help with keeping your mouth feeling clean and your braces shiny. (I put when I started using it so you can see how shiny it is with the different color bands). The way I use it is with my fluoride toothpaste at night. When I went for my check up about a week ago, the orthodontist did compliment it. The product still have more in it and I did mix it with my mouth wash, since it can be used as that. The way I see it is you can pick if you want to use it or not. I see it as an extra step to help keep my braces clean and I like the shine it gives. Would I buy it again is the question? I would tbh. I would like to add it didn’t make my teeth sensitive or anything. There is no flavor and it’s easy to use. I would recommend buying the small on to see if you like it or not. ... show more

My granddaughter got a lot of complaints from the orthodontist about her teeth not being clean even though she brushed three times a day after buying this and her using it they even ask what she had been doing different because her teeth were the cleanest they had ever seen

I have noticed a difference. I bought it based on other reviews and because I have ceramic braces so they stain easily. Will buy again once this one is done with.

I wear clear braces and after about a month or so my braces start to get a little tint of yellow due to coffee and other foods. I decided to buy this and it really did take away the yellow staining I had developed. glad I found this product.
