There isn’t anything negative I have to say about this hair relaxing system. Whether my hair is medium length or short, ORS (Organic Root Stimulator) No Lye relaxer with Olive Oil built in is my jam. As you can see in the pictures, my hair is always healthy. They have added Shea butter and Pequi Oil, highly emollient and fatty acid rich, to feed the scalp and moisturize the hair. My hair says Yummy. Women’s hair requires management no matter the style you choose. I usually order the touch up size because I only want to relax the new growth, not the ends. The ORS relaxer line is complete. Pre-washing or as a once a month treatment, use the Hair Mayonnaise. Replenishing conditioner restores lost moisture, especially if you use the Clarifying shampoo. Use the replenishing conditioner after every wash. The moisturizing lotion, jar or bottle, feels thick but you only use a small amount, because it doesn’t weigh the hair down. Some people feel the need to slab it on. It’s not necessary. The things that happened when we were younger! Lol. I honestly love Design Essentials as well, but you cannot purchase the relaxing system. The shampoos and conditioners are wondermus, though they lather a lot and more suds doesn’t equal clean. Having no one to practice on, I used it on myself.
