It works great on my ethnic, non-afro hair!
I have 2B/3A ethnic but non-Afro thick hair and this relaxer worked wonders! I made sure my hair was already straightened with a flat iron for a few days before applying this. I left it on for 15-18 mins, and my hair is pretty straight. When it’s wet it appears a bit wavy, but it dries straight. My ends were FRIED after, but that is to be expected with any relaxer. I used a separate keratin conditioner from Amazon and my hair is back to silky. I haven’t used the leave-in conditioner yet because I’m scared the scent is too strong for me, but the shampoo and conditioner it came with worked well and didn’t make me itch. I love this product and will use again in a year for touch-up!

Don't trust
This item came in box with 3 white and green packets and no black packet of neutralizing shampoo. Instead a green and white packet had a label pasted on it lable (an additional packet of leave in conditioner) which stated contained shampoo, I have photos. Of course the conditioner did not neutralize ralaxer and has Caused me to lose lots of hair. I had to wash my hair 6 times with Loreal, to deactivate. I am mad as hell.

Good product
It's good product, I have hard curly and thin hair and with this product make it smooth easy to brush straight in the front and keep the curls on the back my hair looks natural. One advice: application time +leaving time no more than 20 in.

Silly and healthy hair
Gentle. No harsh smell. One box has all the relaxer needed for a full head, root to ends application. Needs more conditioner that’s all. Hair was straight, silky and looks healthy!

This was my first time trying this product and so far the outcome after I had used it it’s very good. It was easy to use just like any other relaxer. I will purchase it again.

Good only coarse hair.
I used for my wavy hair and it was too harsh. This product would work best for coarse hair. It left my hair feeling stripped so I had to use a hair mask.
