This product doesn't smell bad it actually smells good and the hair looks good every time. The only thing I would say is if you have thick, and long hair it doesn't come with enough product. You may need to purchase extra

    • The worst hair produce I have ever tried!
I purchased this product to relax my natural hair curls. I followed the directions exactly and correctly. When as per directions, I was washing out the product from my hair, approximately 50% of my hair came out. It has been 6 months since this happened and although, I am conditioning my hair every few days, this product made my hair thin, brittle, and slow to grow. It will take me several years to return my hair back to the healthy hair I had just before using this product. This is the worst, most damaging hair product I have ever used. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!! It is below a 1 star. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It's good product, I have hard curly and thin hair and with this product make it smooth easy to brush straight in the front and keep the curls on the back my hair looks natural. One advice: application time +leaving time no more than 20 in.

    • It works great on my ethnic, non-afro hair!
I have 2B/3A ethnic but non-Afro thick hair and this relaxer worked wonders! I made sure my hair was already straightened with a flat iron for a few days before applying this. I left it on for 15-18 mins, and my hair is pretty straight. When it’s wet it appears a bit wavy, but it dries straight. My ends were FRIED after, but that is to be expected with any relaxer. I used a separate keratin conditioner from Amazon and my hair is back to silky. I haven’t used the leave-in conditioner yet because I’m scared the scent is too strong for me, but the shampoo and conditioner it came with worked well and didn’t make me itch. I love this product and will use again in a year for touch-up! ... show more
