Jacket is comfortable and well liked. The heat zones work well and offer heat quickly. Unfortunately, the battery pack has stopped taking a charge for an unknown reason. Had to spend an additional 70.00 for a new battery. Saddly, there is no easy way to contact the company for warrenty thus the 1 star. EDIT: Added 2 stars back to the review because 4 hours after writing this review and contacting the company via amazon, they responded with a request for information and shipping information. So here is hoping they send a replacement battery. My wife does like the fit and warmth of the jacket, so I would love to add more stars to the review. Edit#2: The company excelled in customer service. Not only did they contact me through amazon in a rapid, clear and concise fasion, but they did so with such positiveness and compassion. The new battery arrived and the jacket works great again.

Bought this heated fleece jacket last winter and it was a perfect fit. I followed the sizing chart listed. The battery pack seemed a bit heavy and bulky at first, but then I got used to it right away and I barely notice it anymore. So cozy and keeps me warm when it's freezing out. I can feel the heat in the back as well as the front. I wish they could make a section in the collar to have heat for my neck. But overall happy with my purchase!

A wonderful game-changer so far! I regret waiting so many winters before buying a heated jacket, but I'm glad I bought from Ororo once I finally did! It looks nice, is easy to use, and is working well so far to keep my upper body feeling cozy warm when seated in a cold office environment. My mind is no longer distracted by the temperature and the heating elements in the back keep my shoulders relaxed! I am looking forward to also trying this jacket outside at night for a volunteer shift that will involve a lot of standing still in the cold, but no matter how that turns out it is working great as an indoor solution to a cold office! Depending on how durable it turns out to be over time, I might bump this review up to 5 stars. The only thing I'm uncertain about is whether I should have gone a size up or not. The unavoidable dilemma of online shopping! In unisex t-shirts, I normally fit in a Medium tshirt, and my hips/chest fell within the chart measurements for a Large in this women's jacket. The problem is my belly. The size Large of this that I bought fits me nicely when standing and it has the correct sleeve length for me, but it is a little snug around my belly when I'm seated. Since snugness is good for retaining warmth and it still zips closed when seated, I'm going to keep it but I might try the next size up when ordering other products from Ororo in the future.

I am petite and I'm always cold. I really did not expect this jacket to keep me as warm as it does. Heats up quickly, in 2 minutes you can feel the warmth. I use it on high most of the time otherwise what's the point. Small fits me. You want this to be kind of snug against your body. If its really cold out I put a larger jacket over this to hold the heat in. I've also used it inside in a chilly room. I love the fact that I can charge my cell phone. There is really no downside. Its just a really comfortable warm jacket. People notice the red glow and they ask me about it. Doesnt any one else notice the similarity to a star trek communicator? I always think of that when I push the button.

I absolutely love this jacket! It does have a red light/button that pulses while it heats up. Once it heats up, you can select the level of heat by clicking again on the light/button. Blue, White and Red are the different levels of heat. It is very bright but it doesn’t seem to bother me. If anything it caught some attention from people curious about the jacket. The heat flows evenly to the chest and back areas and doesn’t to get to an uncomfortable or scalding heat. I haven’t had an issue with the battery as many have mentioned. When I’m not using the jacket, I do have it on the charger. It does take a while to charge from empty but the charge holds for hours while in use. My suggestion is to make it a habit to plug the battery pack in when not in use. It is easily accessible to remove and plug back into the jacket. The jacket is not super heavy and, by itself without the heater, would not be enough to keep you warm on a freezing night. It’d be great under a jacket shell. However, I wore it on a 19° night. With the heat on I was great and kept me comfortable for the hour I was outside. Hope this helps!
