I don't write items I don't like. I don't feel it's fair because it's just my opinion which either way is just my opinion but this item I absolutely adore! The size Medium fits like it was made for me. I'm 135 lb. 5 ft 1 and 1/2 in. I paid three times as much for a Canadian something coat that was for like a -50° and honestly I could totally wear this one in any temperature that we get in Chicago. It's flattering doesn't have a lot of pockets as some codes do. But then again I don't need 10 pockets in a coat. It has wonderful hand warmer pockets that zip closed if needed. The zippers waterproof, which if you don't know that's absolutely amazing and it also has snap closure over the zipper for added protection from the cold and the snow or the rain. This is another item that is well worth the price. I actually couldn't believe the price once I got the coat and put it on. It's absolutely amazing. You cannot go wrong with this coat and this is my complete 100% unbiased opinion as all of mine are always!! I'm an Amazon shopper that looks for the best deals for the best quality of the item and this is one of those.

So I initially had heard the "amazon jacket" was on sale for prime day and I looked at that one first. You know the one.... its the same brand, has a whole bunch of pockets, its kind of boxy looking, and all the youtubers go on and on about how amazing it is. Well... only thing is that style really isn't "me". I started looking at similar suggested jackets and this one was listed. The looks of it drew me right in. Well, I know its summer, and I won't be wearing this till probably November or later, but I decided to just go ahead and order it. The price was very reasonable for something that people said was so well-made and so warm and stylish. The coat came today and I have to say, IT LIVES UP TO THE HYPE. I worried that my 5'4" 170 lb frame would look like a puffy tree stump in this thing, but I feel like it actually makes me look taller and thinner.... like how is this possible for a puffy jacket??? I usually look like a blowfish in most puffy jackets! I ordered mine in Navy blue and the orange accents are a nice touch.... gives it just that little extra something with style, and of course the inner lining is orange as well. I'm actually looking forward to our nasty Michigan frigid snowy winters just to have the chance to wear this! Oh, and I can tell it will perform well just by comparing it to my other coats. I fully expect that even 10-20 degree F weather will not be an issue for it at all. The neck has a lot of fluff to it, It has a nice hood, and the bottom goes all they way down past my butt and then cinches in to keep the wind out. I might actually WANT to go out and walk my dogs.... if only this brand made dog coats! Seriously though, if you're on the fence just get it. OH.... one more thing though. If you're on the fence about size, size up. I ordered a large because i'm dieting and expect to be at least another 10-15lbs slimmer by winter, minimum, and was hoping to have room if I wear a thicker sweater or layers underneath. I put it on today over a fairly thin long sleeved shirt and it was perfect. So IMO on a 5'4ish person, the Large is going to fit a 160lb person perfect over a moderate weight sweater. For me, since I'm still a little heavier, I'd stick with only thinner shirts in a L or get an XL if I wasn't losing weight.

I love this coat! Unlike other coats that I’ve gotten online, it really does fit right. I like the look of it, it is a puffer coat, but it’s not enormous looking. It’s nice and warm but at the same time it is not heavy. I love the color. I got the navy blue which is a very dark navy blue. It’s very pretty and just what I wanted. The style and the stitching is not overly fussy so it’s elegant looking. The quality of the fabric is very good, not cheap feeling. The zipper works just right and the pockets are soft and cozy to warm your hands up. I like the way the collar zips up because it zips all the way up and keep your chin warm but it’s not rubbing on it or too tight.And on top of all that the price was very reasonable.

I bought this jacket a year ago, wanted something warm to wear, in the rare event that we get super cold weather in Louisiana. I’ve actually worn it many times. I am 5ft8, 160lbs, 36DD, and I got an XL, based on a lot of reviews saying to size up. I’m so glad I did! Cons: It’s got a weird fit, feels a little more fitted in the bust, but I am able to wear a heavy sweatshirt/sweater under it, and plenty of room to zip it up comfortably. I feel like it’s a little short in the arms. I don’t like the ties at the bottom. I’m honestly not sure what I’m supposed to do with them. They get in the way, if I don’t tie them up. If I cared about what I looked like, I probably wouldn’t have bought this jacket. The hood is massive (pro& con) Pro: This jacket is so warm. Last week, we had 13 degree temps, and I was able to stand outside and watch my kids sled for hours in freezing rain/snow, and never was I even remotely cold. The giant hood shielded me from all of the ice falling from the sky. It’s like I had a mini umbrella. My pros alone made it worth it, especially since it was relatively cheap.
