High quality. Thick, no matting and I have 2 toddler age Grandchildren who live with us. Plus a Rat Terrier who has very long "claws!" The rugs come rolled up, as all do, but just lay it out and wherever there are "roll" indents, place heavy books on those areas. Only takes about 2 days to completely flatten. This rug matches the big rug I ordered here too, but both need better rubber backing to stay in place. I put them over my old rugs, it works but its just a fix on my part they need a better backing.
