I work in a warehouse and these shoes are not only comfortable, but they are great protection for your feet. I love a steel toe shoe. Up until very recently you were only able to find steel toe shoes in leather boots, so this changes the game considerably. Very comfortable and able to move freely in. Here’s the one flaw. After only having them for a month the bottoms started to wear a lot! The grip that they had started to disappear because of the extreme wear. Other than this they are great shoes. I was not expecting a pair of size men’s 12 steel toe boots to be in such a small box. I just knew they sent the wrong size, but I was wrong. These boots are extremely light. They are comfortable once you get them on and stretch them a bit. My right foot is flat and both feet are wide so it was tough to get them on cause there’s not enough stretch for these hoofs lol. I bought these two months ago started out very comfortable super light great fit.... My only issue was any sort of wetness on the ground that have no traction. I work for FedEx so I work a lot and I walk a lot I've only had the shoes 2 months and now the bottoms are tearing apart and they're starting to go flat. I thought the bottoms would be made of like a rubber but it's more of a really soft foam type material. Maybe a good shoe if you don't walk a lot and you mostly stay indoors where it's dry ... show more

There is no readily available ANSI reference to prove this product will be safe to use in construction environment. Yes they were light and comfortable. I had difficulty with the laces ..perhaps most annoying the space in the heel treading kept getting loose rock gravel stuck inside them. But the death stroke is I cannot prove their safety rating. Steel toe protection? Yes, Ankle support? Yes, Slip resistant? Yes(claim not proven) but the fabric of it will not protect from sharp metal strikes like leather and with no ANSI cert it can be made out of Dimond reinforced carbon steel and it would still cost me the days pay to go get alternative boots. Buyer beware..if you have a safety officer and try to wear these you will be risking your employment because there is no supporting documentation that these shoes are safe and the false sense of security of their description may actually be dangerous if not approaching liable. ... show more
