I could not remove the "removeable sleeve" at all which made these sockets useless since then they were not thin wall as advertised. Could not use it for my 3-piece wheels at all. With the sleeve could not fit them in the holes for the lug nuts. I can use a standard impact Craftsman 21mm socket, but not the one from this kit. It kind of defeats the whole purpose if its bigger than a regular impact socket. ... show more

Not much to say here other than they are good quality and get the job done, if you are worried about the sockets being to big to fit into the wheel lug nut location. Unfortunately the plastic does not come off, if that is your thing.

    • Protective sleeves do not come off easily at all
Thought these would be great for aftermarket wheels when I needed to go to a thin wall. Turns out that it is ectremely hard to remove the protective boot to do so.
