The only annoyance was to find out that the hammock I ordered was not in stock and needed to be manufactured. I contacted the company several times and they kept giving me a new estimate. They did offer to cancel and refund the order if I wanted due to the delay. I figured that based on the reviews it would be worth the wait and it was! It is a great hammock. Instant relaxation and very comfortable. Everything seems very well built. I’m a bigger guy and it supports me without any sag or seeming strain. It might have been nice for the company to give me 10% off for the extended wait time as the error in having the item posted for immediate sale and shipping was on their end. Regardless, I would still recommend their product.

We love Pawley Hammocks as we are now on our second one, but a bit disappointed that this one did not come with the S hooks for the stand. If you are going to include the hooks for a tree why not include the hooks for a stand which I'm guessing most people own?
