I typically use Unite 7 seconds, but i have been wanting to give Oribe a try. Just after the first use, my head is less itchy, my scalp feels clean, not squeaky clean either, but healthy clean. The shampoo is concentrated but I have hair past my bum and I wash it twice a week, sometimes 3 if I am going out and want my puffy curly hair. The conditioner is nice, not too heavy and too watery. It doesn't make my hair silky soft like others claims, but the shine and softness when it's dry...now that's what counts. Now about the scent. There was a shampoo way back in the 90s called Outrageous. The scent, to me, was the best. But this. Wow. This takes me back and it smells how I remember Outrageous smelling. People complain about the bottle being small, whether the travel or regular size. Yes, when you open the package, the bottle appears to be super small, but in reality it is 8.5 oz. So, use sparingly and the bottle will last longer. I have hair over 45 inches long. I should be able to make this last 2 months. But look how shiny my hair is!!

Holy grail for shampoos, I keep trying different shampoos and I always end up coming back to this one. It smells amazing, my hair always feels so soft, even without conditioner. It leaves my hair moisturized. It is expensive, but worth the splurge if caring for long hair or wanting to grow hair

I see so many reviews that say that this product from Amazon is not authentic because it doesn’t have a seal but I’ve been buying this shampoo since around 2009 and I bought them from the salon from Sephora from Neiman Marcus from Bloomingdale’s. None of them have a seal. It is just in a box. This product is authentic and this is a great product. The brand offers amazing line of hair care you just have to make sure that it’s right for you which means you try the product three times and if it doesn’t suit you, you drop it.. I used it when I was a blonde and it definitely saved my hair now. I am using it as my original hair color without any hair dye in it and I see that it makes it lighter. Makes the hair much less Frizzy but I do notice more hair shedding with the second wash as I typically would . This is my third time using it when switching from my other shampoo so I will go back to my other shampoo and see how that affects my hair shedding - like I said this is a great brand with great line of products. You just have to try it to see if it really works for you..

Love this shampoo. It is expensive , yes, but I keep buying it from time to time when my hair needs some repair. I am combining this with other products and I only use this one as secondary shampoo once a week. Hair is soft. Smell is wonderful and it doesn't linger for too long so even if you don't like strong scents it won't bother you.

This is a tiny little bottle for a huge price. The way the bottle looks in the ad photo along with the price suggests this is a normal size product. That is intentionally misleading. If you seen this bottle in a store for that price no one would buy it. Because its online I think the seller is counting on that no one reads the fine print for a bottle of hair shampoo. this ad is subjective and unethical. Just because you can doesnt mean you should sell this tiny bottle for the for the price of a full size bottle of professional shampoo. Ive never heard of a "refill pouch" in the hair product industry. What even is that ? The shampoo is just ok this should cost $5-$7 max I feel ripped off

The product itself — Oribe Gold Lust Repair & Restore Shampoo — truly lives up to its reputation in terms of performance. The shampoo lathers well, feels concentrated, and a small amount goes a long way. After washing, my hair feels noticeably softer, smoother, and more manageable, without being weighed down. With continued use, my hair looks healthier and less tangled. The scent is elegant and luxurious, very characteristic of Oribe — long-lasting but not overwhelming. That said, my overall experience was negatively affected by the condition of the packaging upon arrival. The box arrived damaged, with visibly bent and crushed edges, giving the impression that the product was handled or packaged carelessly. For a high-end, luxury product at this price point, this was disappointing. When purchasing a premium product, packaging is part of the experience. You expect not only exceptional quality inside the bottle, but also careful presentation and attention to detail from the moment you open the package. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met in this case. If this item had been intended as a gift, the damaged box would have made it unsuitable without additional repackaging. I am satisfied with the shampoo itself and have no complaints about the formula or performance. However, I strongly believe that more care should be taken when packaging and shipping luxury items. For products in this category, presentation and condition upon delivery matter just as much as the product inside.

Fantastic product, best (and most expensive) shampoo I’ve ever used! Lots of lather, no strong smells, rinses out beautifully and hair sparkles. It’s expensive but you only need a tiny bit for great results.
