I'm 6'2" 220. Usually between xl and xxl. I bought the regular briefs in xxl and they fit but are a little loose. The fabric is very forgiving. On these I ordered the xl and they are perfect. Its summer and riding a Road King with jeans in 90 degree heat these help things stay cool. -hth

These are my new favorites! Very nice, ultra-soft fabric. Tried other brands, but the design and format of these are the best. Perfect for everyday activities and also for travel. I normally wear size 34 in men's jeans and the size medium trunks fit great.

There's nothing I dislike about them. I can barely even feel they are on, it feels like going commando without the discomfort! These have become my mains. As long they keep making them I'll be buying them. No going back for me! Just note, it's very easy to get "excited" when wearing them. As long as you wear jeans or something strong enough to keep stuff in check, you should be good. Just be careful when going out with sweatpants, joggers, fitness apparel out in public if you have a hard time controlling your excitement. And to be clear I'm not noting this as a negative, in fact it's a big positive. Having almost no obstruction feels great. Being able to have these mild excitement episodes through out he day just feels great! Mostly all other underwear I've ever used would cause a disturbance upon any excitement. Nothing wrong with feeling natural down there, we're men, it's good for us!
