Good replacement at a better price Point in the Black & Decker batteries. They seem to work very well on my outdoor blower and indoor cordless vacuum.

When I received these 2 batteries from Amazon, I tried charging them. Unfortunately, each of the batteries seemed like they were charging. However, each of the batteries went from green, ( charging) to red flashing. The instructions failed to detail anything about that issue. So I will return these batteries. I am disappointed.

I use these batteries in a Black & Decker weed eater and also in a B&D blower for yard work. These were ordered as an addition to my aging supply of B&D batteries. They are a set of two, each shipped in its own box. They have charged well and lasted very well for the yard work I do at home. The price was much better than B&D's price. Very satisfied so far.

Needed to replace my lithium ion rechargeable cell for my Driver/drill as the last one has reached the end of us usefulness so if to Lowe's to recycle and since the tool still works I decided to look into an inexpensive replacement as I don't know how long this Black and Decker driver is going to last. To be fair I've had it for about nine years and that is about 8 years longer than most tools last in this house. It is a constant fight to keep my tools in the spot designated with kids and partner always using and never returning out putting away. Anyway I got this two pack to replace and even though they are pretty generic looking they work well and a full charge lasts well over two hours of stop and start drilling and then driving in screws. I've not run out of juice on any projects yet and they seem to take up the charge pretty fast too.

I am changing my review from one star to five. Nothing has changed regarding the batteries' performance. However, the company examined my review and gave me a full refund, which I did not request. The company must believe in the quality of its batteries; otherwise, it would not have done this. I am going to assume I received bad batteries. A company with this type of customer service deserves a second chance. I will be ordering two more batteries. This is my second review of replacement batteries for a Black and Decker combo tool set I purchased from Amazon. The first set of replacement batteries was "junk." After minimal use, one of the two batteries would not charge, and the second the charge would only last a couple of minutes. This second set of replacement batteries was not any better. As I noted in the other review, I am almost 80 and do mostly light yard work. What is sad is that I am not sure that anything better is currently being produced.
