Charged both batteries fully when received and one worked for just a few minutes before being fully discharged. Charged it up and used it the 2nd time and it seemed better as it worked for 15 or so minutes, still not great but better. Charged it again and just tried to use it and it would not start the trimmer. The other battery works fine. But buying the 2 pack was definitely no savings since I paid double for just one functional battery. The seller responded to my complaint and quickly sent me two more batteries. I am currently "laid up" and unable to test them. But unless the new batteries also prove to have a problem, I am quite satisfied now. ... show more

**UPDATE** I initially gave these a 3 star (not amazing, but not bad) and wrote the review below. Didn’t think it was a big deal. Seller reached out to me and refunded my purchase price in full! Wow! Was not expecting that at all!!! Amazing customer service!!! I will see what other items they have and see if there’s anything I need. Not their fault batteries aren’t super long lasting, but they definitely made up for it in the customer service dept!!! Got this for my cordless vacuum. Definitely doesn’t last as long as the battery that came with the vacuum, but for the money, still worth it to have a second one that can be charged and ready to go while the original battery is charging. ... show more
