My husband has been tracking his steps for years and I’m a little bit of a competitive person so I thought it might motivate me to walk and move more if I could be in competition with him! It has totally worked so far! I find myself taking extra trips up and down stairs, taking the long way home on walks and generally moving more just so that I can compare step counts at the end of the day. The step counter wasn't accurate at all . I could take 5 steps and it would count 100 sometimes and the heart rate monitor was all over the place. The battery held up really well and the clock was accurate. I guess I could have gotten a lemon.
