Update: I tried a second batch of peaberry from here and it was great. It had a good combination of fruit and chocolate notes. I opened it the same day I received it and it tasted fresh. Brew: I brewed it using Aeropress, inverted, 200 degree water (~6oz), 4 min brew, grinded about 20g of the beans to a size 10 on a baratza encore grinder. Approx. This brought out a good amount of the fruit notes in the beans. They are on the sweeter side of the note spectrum which I like. Since this coffee is very delicate in flavor, I use less milk than usual when I drink it. The milk will quickly mask the fruit notes. The first batch I bought was months ago and I didn't really get the right flavors from the beans so I was disappointed after reading all the positive reviews. But I kept seeing positive reviews coming in so I tried it again and was happy that it worked out!
