  • Safety is Top PriorityThe core tenet of ORCC trampolines is safety, and all ORCC trampolines have passed both CPSIA and ASTM F381-16 tests. CPSIA test mainly detects the content of heavy metals such as lead and phthalate in products; ASTM F381-16 mainly conducts normative inspection on the physical properties of products, components, assembly and use, labels, etc. Our trampoline materials are the safest and best backyard trampolines on the market.

  • Great product and Amazing customer service
Size: 15ft Style: OUT NET
We bought one several years ago and it was a great investment, our kids love it and it has held up great. We unhooked it’s tie downs to do some yard work and of course that day random straight line winds came through and threw it 30 feet onto our roof and neighbors fence. We contacted customer support to see if we could get replacement parts so we would not have to buy an entirely new trampoline. Allison with customer support was fantastic, they quickly sent me a parts list and let us order the replacement pieces. Replacement parts were here within a couple days and we realized we lost the screws after we had the whole thing assembled. We reached out again and They FedEx’d the bolts the next day. This is by far the best customer support. I have experienced with any manufacturer on Amazon. We highly recommend both the product and the company not to mention the product got thrown 30 feet in the air and only bent three pieces which is pretty remarkable. It is a pretty high-quality piece of equipment. ... show more

  • All the bells and whistles without the expensive price tag
Size: 15ft Style: with curved poles
The media could not be loaded. This trampoline, so far, has everything I had hoped for! The rim to secure the net around the top so you don’t have a sagging net, nice thick spring padding, comfortable ladder, pumpkin shaped poles and durable zipper! Other trampolines like it were at least another $100+ on price, so I feel like this was a great value for the cost. It went together fast- very easy assembly! The only thing my husband struggled with was how to tie the net down around the base of the trampoline- our old trampoline used a cord that weaves all the way through. This uses clips. Make sure you check the pictures online or the video if you’re puzzled by the clips! But my daughter figured it out in a few minutes just by looking at the design. The whole unit appears very durable as both my husband and I have jumped on it now, and all the kids enjoy it. WARNING for trampoline owners: if you have leaves fall onto your trampoline (or any other potential slippery objects) sweep them off before you allow kids to jump. It was much more slick than we anticipated and my son slipped and broke his tibia jumping into the leaf piles. This was user error on our part and does not reflect our review of the product! ... show more

  • Great trampoline
Size: 15ft Style: OUT NET
Bought Thai in October for my grandson and he loves it! Great quality and sturdy. But we’ve only had it a short while, I’m really hoping it holds up for the long run.

  • Love it. Worth it. Buy it. Use it.
Size: 16ft Style: IN NET
Purchase: After much thought and shopping the market, Santa brought us a 16ft ORCC inside net trampoline. We have never owned one but I've seen many old, sagging and dirty trampolines in backyards. This is what I wanted to avoid. Price was a bit heftier than other trampolines but the weight limit, materials and size seemed worth it. Setup: We waited three months before warmer weather found us opening the box(s). I worked super slow, read instructions and did it by myself. Still, it only took three to four hours. I did level my ground by simply digging or adding dirt where the frame legs would lay. And I cut my netting rope (that secures safety net) in half. Yes, this is the hardest part but really, it took me 10 minutes til I understood the process. Another 15 minutes and I was done. I would rate this as a skill level 2 on 1-5 scale. Decently easy and requires a little muscle. Usage: Using the trampoline is a blast. We all use it. The exercise I have gotten has been an absolute surprise to me and my legs, ankles and back have powered up. And it's a great way to cleanse the lymphatic system. The kids get exhausted and have a blast. Honestly, it's more like a fort for the kids than a trampoline. They sit in it for hours, then jump, then sit etc... We are following strict rules of socks only and making sure all debris is blown out before jumping. Service: Upon unpacking, I found a small hole in the safety net. And after a day of use, we found two more. Possibly from a tear in one box during transit. In asking general questions, I had already made friends with Vincy. Vincy had been there with knowledge previous to setup and offered great advice. Not typical of a company. So I emailed Vincy and mentioned the holes thinking I'd have to buy a patch or a new safety net since it had been almost four months since purchase. I got a simple reply, "New net on the way". Are you kidding me! Three days later it arrived. 6 stars for Vincy. Customer service is about as good as it can be here. Rain Cover: I thought I'd have to unlace the rope from the net in order to get the rain cover on and protect it from debris and storms. Not so. Just get inside the trampoline, slide out the six top safety net elastic straps and lay it down on the trampoline. Rain cover goes on in 5 minutes. The only concern I had was the water filled the center of the trampoline faster than it drained through the holes in the rain cover. I worried about it stretching out as you could see the bowl of water sag underneath. But not so. After all, it's a trampoline. It stretches by design. Stakes: Get reliable stakes. These stakes are fine for light wind. Perhaps they're good for the smaller sizes but even before purchase, I knew the stakes wouldn't be sufficient. From any company. You need to secure it firmly. I took five foot rebar and bent it in half. I then banged that into the ground two feet. See image. I assume this may still not be efficient and may need more. Cleaning: Hose and small blower cleans it right up. Advice: Get the big one if you can. This trampoline is made very well. It is much higher quality than others I've seen which can't even hold me. Jump in the middle and don't jump into the safety net. It's plenty strong for the out of control tumbling 9 year old. But doubt it would hold up to an adult jumping directly into it. Regardless, this thing is ridiculously fun. ... show more

  • Pretty good
Size: 15ft Style: IN NET
It's been 3 years since I purchased this and the trampoline is still in good condition but the pad that goes around the springs is nearly rotted through and has been for months, so I would say the padding did not last for more than 2 years.

  • Replacement parts
Size: 16ft Style: OUT NET
We had tree fall on our trampoline shortly after we purchased it. I reached out to ORCC for help with replacing the damaged parts. Lynn got in contact with me right away with all the information and answers I needed. She was very quick with her responses and we had our replacement parts within days.
