Amazon shipped my Oraimo city cruiser e-bike January 1, 2024 as promised and on time. As I was assembling the e-bike, I noticed the rear wheel rim was bent and wobbled when rotated. This rear wheel included the electric hub motor. I emailed Oraimo customer support to inform them that the rear wheel rim was bent. Early the next morning customer support informed me that they will ship me a new replacement rear wheel with hub motor assembly. Customer support emailed me a FedEx tracking number and in about 7 days I received my replacement rear wheel at no cost to me.     • Long battery life, good customer service
Maybe it’s because the delivery the bikes rear wheel was broken as it arrived but the customer service spouse has been quick and they help me replace the inner tube promptly. The bike is working so far so good.

    • Great for heavy body
I liked that this bike has a higher weight limit than others. Took it for a ride and was easy to switch back and forth between pedaling and throttle. Wide seat that’s pretty comfortable. Takes some putting together but there’s a video to help.

    • Horrible bike no customer service
Bike pedals, too fast, even the lowest gear, so you get no exercise. I asked customer service about this problem, said there is nothing they can do. Do not buy this bike, you will be very disappointed.
