This is the perfect size and thickness for lumbar support for my car and office chair, where I just needed a little more support. Our sofa, which completely lacks lumbar support, needs a thicker pad, so I use the OPTP Original Lumbar Roll for the sofa.

I use this lumbar support in my car and when I'm in bed reading. Also can be used at sleep. Position the lumbar anywhere across the back where the support is needed. It's also easily portable. The design just works. Recommend.

I needed a bolster for my office chair and this one seemed like the right size and shape. It fits nicely over the back of my office chair and I can adjust it to any height I need, however it is just light foam rubber and after just a few days I can tell that it will be flat in a month. The item itself is spot on for design, but the materials are sub par. If you need a bolster, look for one with more thought put into the pad than this one. ... show more

The lumbar-support pad that I received lacks symmetry (not aesthetically pleasing). The material that was used, to manufacture this product, seems no better than the material used in similar pads that cost a lot less. Moreover, the McKenzie pad does not fit properly on the back of my Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair, and keeps slipping downward, which defeats its intended purpose. I chose this product over the less expensive ones from other sellers because, based on how it was specified, I was led to believe that its higher price (twice the cost of similar lumbar-support cushions in the marketplace), meant better quality, but it turned out to be the opposite. Overall, to me this pad is substandard. It is not made to fit ALL types of chairs and is overpriced. Potential buyers may experience something quite different, depending on their own expectations, standards, and the type of chair on which the pad will be used. ... show more
