I like the quality of the belt and buckle, however, the end of the belt was not built up enough to prevent it from sliding through the buckle when doing lumbar mobilizations. Or the buckle itself needs to be smaller and not allow the belt to move, more like the design of a gait belt. I have used this brand of mobilization belts for years in my physical therapy practice with no issue, but recently had an issue with one belt breaking relatively quickly. I got in touch with their customer service department and they immediately looked into the issue and got me a replacement. I have always loved the high quality items I've purchased from them and this recent experience only proves that they care about their customers and how they're product is being used. You get what you pay for. I have tried other style mob belts, and these are the best. no slipage or stretch and super easy to adjust.

By far the best joint mobilization belt on the market. Very easy to lock the belt one-handed, something that the typical snap belts are not able to do. Very secure once locked (think car seatbelt) and comfortable to use. I have experienced no patient complaints with using just the pad that comes with the belt, and the width and thinnest of the belt material allows this belt to be used for any body area. ... show more
