I have used this brand of mobilization belts for years in my physical therapy practice with no issue, but recently had an issue with one belt breaking relatively quickly. I got in touch with their customer service department and they immediately looked into the issue and got me a replacement. strap is well made and works well when used by another person to exert massage on legs. Whether it will ultimately minimize leg issues is open to question and will take time. When you are hurting, you will try anything.
