I’m very impressed with the quality and versatility of the bench. The materials are all very quality, even down to the rubber padding where the bar is to be held (in the second picture). There are so many workouts that you can do on the one bench. The only thing that I am not overly impressed with is the padding on the backrest and seat, it’s not very padded and I worry about the vinyl ripping over time.

Was contemplating getting a foldable bench and a hyperextension bench, but got this 2 in 1 instead and am glad I did. Installation took around an hour and the padding is a good firmness. The hyperextension attachment is comfortable to use with the split in the middle and at a good angle. It's easily removable if you don't want it in the way and the bench is light enough to move it out of the way easily and store it upright if needed. Would buy again.

I got this for my son who is getting into working out. The product photo on amazon is somewhat deceiving as it does not come with weights, but weights are pictured. I guess weights will be an early Xmas present! The assembly process was overwhelming for me. This bench came in many heavy parts. I'd say like 50. I had to take the parts one or two at a time from the porch to the basement. (I am a petite woman). The directions for putting the bench together were really good. There were step by step directions (20 steps) along with the needed supplies labeled for each step, plus a video. Except that I dropped two of the washers into one of the parts, not able to be retrieved, and had to go to the hardware store to get replacements. So it maybe would help to include extra bolts, screws, in case, or have them more similar to each other in case one or more of these gets lost. Each step took me about a half an hour. I was not strong enough to fully tighten the bolts. I gave up at step 6. The directions suggest 2 people assemble the bench but the video shows one man assembling the bench (quickly). When I did have my son hold the bolt on one of the steps (before he bolted to do more fun stuff), I was able to finish a step but on my own, I gave up. I had no choice finally but to solicit the help of the "man of the house," who finished the entire job-steps 7 through 20-- in like half an hour :). He says that the parts are very high quality and maybe that is why I had some difficulty when tightening the screws. I am hoping to put it the bench use in the next week when we get the weights, but am just glad we got it out of the box and ready to go for now. I think it's good looking and maybe it is trying to tell me that I need to do some strength training.

I got this weight bench and I was ready to return it if I didn’t like its quality. However, the quality and looks met and exceeded my expectations and I am very happy I chose this product, which on top of all that, has a great value for money. Keep up the good work, guys!

I’m glad I ended up going with this version of their workout benches. It was a bit of a pain to put together but I was able to do so by myself. My weights are kind of wide so they don’t fit under the bench as easily. Also wish it came with a variety of resistance bands but I’m planning on purchasing a set that are compatible. Ultimately the preacher pads that allow for back extensions and a variety of abdominal exercises are why I chose this style of bench.
