This knee brace was very comfortable on my knee and I was able to wear it most of the day without discomfort. The sleeve does a pretty good job of compression, but the actual support is a bit lacking. The bands on the side are supposed to help keep your kneecap centered, but during my wear they didn't seem to do all that much aside from occasionally rubbing on my leg. I think this product would be good if you are looking for compression, but if you're actually wanting something to help limit range of motion/overextension, this is not your brace.

I’ve put my knees through a lot — gym sessions, weekend hikes, random bursts of “I’m still young” energy — and they’ve started letting me know they’re not happy about it. Slipping on this knee brace, though, felt like flipping a switch. The support is immediate but not restrictive, like it’s holding everything in place without turning my leg into a stiff robot limb. The compression is just right. It’s snug enough to stabilize the joint but still lets me squat, climb stairs, or sprint for the bus without a hitch. I wore it on a trail run that usually leaves my knee aching for days, and this time I woke up the next morning feeling shockingly fine. It’s breathable too — no sweaty, itchy mess after hours of wear, which is something I can’t say about most braces I’ve tried. What really impressed me was how well it stays put. No slipping down mid-workout, no constant adjusting every ten minutes. I even wore it under jeans to work one day, and it was low-profile enough that nobody noticed. Plus, the material hasn’t stretched out even after weeks of daily use.

The OPPO 2924 Knee Brace Compression Sleeve with Stays seems to be sized incorrectly for American common sizing terms of 4X, stating it was very large when it really is not that large and fits too tightly. The length of the brace top to bottom is good. The stays are sewn in the sides and do not appear to be removable. The material is thick and the knit is dense so it does have decent compression, albeit just very tight. The OPPO 2924 Knee Brace is long enough but it is just not wide enough for fitting around a lower thigh that is about 21” in circumference.

I broke my knee six months ago and it's still weak at times. I hoped this brace would help with the pain and weakness and work for daily wear. It's soft and even though it's intended to be compression it still looks comfortable. And I like how I can just toss it in with my laundry. Based on my thigh measurements above the knee, 25 inches tight and 25 1/2 snug, 4x should have fit with a little room left over, but it definitely did not. On my try first thing in the morning, I couldn't even get it above my knee. Later in the day I tried again and was able to get it above my knee, but it was as tight as a tourniquet. My skin was turning blue and I'm sure I'm going to be bruised tomorrow from the pinching. I don't know if it has good support or if it helps with pain relief, but the sizing is drastically off.

This knee brace is very tight and I got my spouse a 4xl. I thought maybe it would be a little loose, but they have thin legs and it was very tight. I wouldn't even try it. The quality is nice and thick, but there is nothing to help it stay up except it being very tight. I don't know how somebody could sleep with this on. It really did help get up the stairs and put a spring in their step, but it started to be uncomfortable. There is tubing for more support, except it was rubbing into the leg and they could only wear for a hour. There is some stretch to this, but it is very, very firm and tight and hard to get on. We did get it on, but it took a lot of effort. Getting it off is easier, but that too took some effort to pull down. This is two sizes past their normal. I did show the size measured and double the measure for being half and with very tough stretch.

I use this knee brace for support due to a reoccurring injury. The built-in side braces are effective and provide good protection. It's easy to use and cradles the kneecap well. The material is strong, supportive, and comfortable but could breathe better in hot weather. It was sized correctly and snug in the lower thigh and knee area, but below the knee was much looser and not nearly as snug. The compression could only be felt at the knee and above. With this being of a one-piece design, when the knee is frequently bent, this needs to be occasionally readjusted. It's a good value for occasional support.

I recently shifted my weight incorrectly getting out of a low-rise patio chair, and the next day my knee was sore and stiff. This compression sleeve knee brace was a great help to me. It was a minor injury that required me to use a cane, but the real help was the additional support that this knee brace provided. The high-density knit is nice and thick and could almost be considered comfortable to wear, were it not for the soreness of my knee. I was fortunate that this turned out to be the right size for me. The brace was not too tight and there was no slipping. The best thing about this brace was that for the week that it was needed, it was a constant reminder for me to be careful with my movements when getting up from a chair and while walking. It also still looked good and kept its shape after washing, and it will be nice to have on hand in case it is ever needed in the future.

I wanted to love this knee brace so badly, but unfortunately it runs so small that I think I'm going to have to rehome it. I am not a small person, but nothing in my entire wardrobe is a 4x. This 4x knee brace was so small that it barely went on, and then the top AND the bottom both rolled up. It left deep red marks on my leg, when I took it off. I'm honestly not even sure how supportive it was because it was so uncomfortable at the edges that I couldn't enjoy the support.
