The media could not be loaded. It was straight forward to assemble, directions are a clear, two page sheet. The futon is not comfortable, but in my opinion it wasn't designed to be. Pros: not expensive, looks decently tasteful as far as style, convenient and easy to assemble Cons: not comfortable, shipment looks battered when arrived This couch for beginner apartment renters or business that needs a decently looking futon then this is ideal. I had to fluff each individual square, very stiff and small. Measurements are wrong, says 33” half, when it’s 21”. Super disappointed, not worth $300+ to be honest. Maybe $100 and change …. Plan on returning
