This is a beautiful shade of pink. The glitter and shine are, quite simply, amazing. My wife loves this. I did put three coats on her nails only because it’s very sheer and she wanted less opacity. I think if I had put on a base coat of a darker pink instead of the clear base-coat that I used then two coats of Pixel Dust would have been fine. I did put on two top-coats of OPI’s ‘Plumping Top Coat’ for extra shine and protection and it turned out perfect. This is probably more a matter of opinion but the color is really awesome. Nice and sparkly with a very subtle metallic effect meant to mimic the Covenant's armor from halo. Other than that, this color does require 2-3 coats to get full coverage. I suppose you could put it on as a topper over a dark or light base of some sort, but for my purposes I was just using a clear base so I had to do multiple coats to get it looking how I wanted it. ... show more

This is the first OPI nail color that I did not like. The color look red on the site, however it more orange than red. This color will be fine for the Summer.

This is a beautiful color. The product photo makes it look like the sparkles are orange so I was fearful it would look orange on. It does not look orange, just red.

This color is not so much black as it is really deep gray. It has some light, very fine multi-color sparkle to it that makes it a versatile neutral. It feels modern and a bit moody. It's my new fall and winter fav.

Thank goodness they arrived intact. Amazon, that little bit of "sealed air" is not enough. They were rolling around in the box, and I am really surprised they didn't break. Next time, put a little thought into packaging glass items holding a liquid!
