I love these rugs. They are super soft and fairly fluffy. They will be wrinkled and flat when they arrive since they’re vacuum sealed. But they flatten out a day or two later. One thing, they do move around a bit if placed on carpet.

I bought two 3" x 5" grey rugs so that my two senior mastiff's don't have to lay on the hard wood floor. Both were nice and fluffy but what knocked a star down was that the two rugs were inconsistent. I bought both rugs at the same time, from the same manufacturer and got them on the same day. Both rugs were each vacuum sealed and packed in a box. Both were unboxed, unfurled, and laid out at the same time. The only downside is that while one feels so nice and cushiony, where when I step on it, I can literally feel my foot pushing down on the foam... really nice! The second rug however feels thin with the only cushion coming from only the fluffy rug fibers. At first I thought it was just me until my eldest mastiff stepped on the nice and cushioned rug, laid down, then stepped on just the fluffy one, looked at it confused, then went back to the cushioned rug and laid down. If you are getting these rugs for home decor, then it's definitely worth it for the price and the feel of them. But if you're like me and are getting them for a dog or senior pet, then be warned that it's a hit/miss and I ended up with both.

I bought two of these rugs for the inside of our RV. I ended up only needed one for camping. So, I decided to use the second one at home, in the playroom, with our toddler and baby. I gave it three stars and called it 50/50 because the first one, when I opened it up, had no folds in it, was padded/had extra cushioning to it. I noticed some of the fibers getting stuck to stuff, though. The reason why I got it for our RV is because the floors are so slippery it's not even funny. The rug doesn't slip, but the shag is almost as slippery as the bare floors when you walk on it. So be really careful. We didn't fall the whole time we were camping and neither did my toddler. But he just heard me say this and is now using the second rug at home to slip and slide, and fall on on purpose. The second rug, I just opened and it's flat as a pancake without any cushioning. It has fold marks as you can see in the picture. When I was trying to flatten it out more I noticed how far apart the actual rug fibers are sewn in. I took a close-up of that. You can see, by the size of a standard woman's hand, how far apart they are actually sewn in. One huge issue is that the fibers are staticky and will absolutely attach themselves to anything made of SILICONE. I have a silicone chewy toy for my 6-month-old and I attached pictures of what it looked like after it was on the rug. She can't play with it on the rug. I have to go wash it now and hopefully be able to get all of the rug fibers off of every centimeter of it. So the one in the camper is pretty great. The one at home, well, it's a good thing it's on a carpeted floor.

Love this rug.. living in an rv the winter months are cold. So good rugs are nice to help keep the heat in. This is my second rug and I just love it. This one is a gray and black rug I thought it was more of a dark gray but that's okay should have ordered two 4x6s instead of a 5x8 however when you double up the rugs they are so comfortable underfoot super soft easy to vacuum and they are machine washable. I would definitely purchase again and I got them on agree price too
