Teeth are getting whither after one use, if you do 4 days in the row expect them to be really white. I only do 2 days in the row and wait again until some time after. I am able to achieve color I want with 2x use. Ordered twice already and will keep ordering again. Easy to use it too, no more mess. Wish it was less expensive.

They work great but sometimes the inside tray won't separate from the outside and it becomes unusable. Inside tray should stay on your teeth and outside tray comes away to be trashed. Inside tray sometimes fails to stick to teeth. Yes, I'm following the directions :-)

These were so much easier to use than the Crest or Colgate ones I've tried in the past. I also saw significantly more whitening that I never saw with the others. I will definitely buy again.

I haven't used the product yet (and yes, I hate it when people do this), but wanted to give everyone a heads up that it needs to be refrigerated. After a week of it sitting on my counter, I finally opened the box and read the directions, and buried at the bottom was a little note that these trays need to be stored in the fridge. This not written on the outside of the box or anywhere else on the packaging. This is no indication that the were refrigerated in the warehouse, either. Also, the timing on the instructions appears to have been written wrong. It says: 10%, 30-60 min. 15%, 15-20 min.

I used to get this brand from my dentist so I trust the quality. Now that I have moved out of state, it’s nice to be able to access these trays online. I keep them in the fridge for freshness as it was suggested by my dentist. They are pricey but it’s a nice alternative to professional whitening.

It has been a little over 48 hours now since I did my first treatment and this how it went. Day 1: followed the directions for the 15%, set a timer for 20 minutes, and then brushed my teeth. Day 2: (little over 24 hours later) repeated the same directions from the day before. Only this time my gums were not happy. Did think much of it since it was a mild discomfort. Afterwards, I noticed that my gums were white in spots and tender. Next morning looked at my gums and they were inflamed and still tender. It has now been 24 hours since my last treatment and after bushing my teeth, the gums are swollen and even bleeding in some of the spots that was white before. The picture is of a couple of spots that were affected. Everything online says you need to use this every day for 5-10 days since nothing on the box or in the instructions say how frequently you should use this product. So, needless to say, I will not be using this again and have work with my dentist on other alternatives for whitening my teeth.
