I was hit with 3 emails asking for a product review before I even received the item. This was frustrating. 1- Travelling, I use this bad to go back and forth to work... So my one start review is not against the product as much as I don't use the product to travel. 2- Durability - It seems real durable in the week since I have started using the product. Only time will tell. 3- Sturdiness - It seems sturdy. Only time will tell.. I manage security appliances i..e. VPN.... As a result, I carry to work every platform (Window, Apple, Android). This bad has tons of room and I have no issues with my 17 inch work laptop on top of all of this. It sits nicely on my shoulder and has a ton of room. I hope that it is sturdy and strong since I need to carry a lot of devices. What I found annoying was the emails from Amazon and the vendor requesting a review even before I received their product... Slow down...... I purchased 3 shoulder bags and this is by far the one that has the room that I need for my job....

This was a great bag in the begining for my 13 year old for school. Roomy, padded laptop compartment, lots of pockets& storage & deep side pockets for water bottle. But long not after a month the adjustable plastic clips on the shoulder straps broke. I had to have it replaced. The replacement process was easy. The replacement bag came back quick. The 2nd bag held up for about 2-3 months. Thankfully I got the extended warranty!! Both base straps on the shoulder straps broke! Like just snapped in half. My child had to carry the bag in arms all day. Buy the extended warranty if you buy this bag!

This is our granddaughter's second Opack backpack. The first one lasted a couple of years. She carries everything from all of her stuff from her high school boos and notebooks to her chrome and water bottle. The thing weighs a ton, held up extremely well. The cloth around the big zipper finally gave way but she wanted another one just like it. She said she loves it.

My daughter has to carry all her books and folders as her locker is on one side of school while all her classes are on the other side and cant get to the lockers within the short time the bell rings. She has had it filled to capacity and it seems to be holding up since we've received it. She likes the space, the comfort, the wider straps which is more comfortable on her shoulders, as well as the many pockets. the photos i am sharing aren't even half of what she carries in this bag. Since it is at the end of the school year and she has turned in most of her books etc. She has a digital camera with removable lens and cords in one photo, her folders and binders in the other, and about 15 pens and pencils in the other photo. The pocket has a lot more room to spare. We will see how it holds up next year since we have only had it about a month. Will review again at a later date.

Bought this backpack as a spare, until my old one feel apart. Well the old one lasted way longer than I expected. So 3 weeks ago I took this one out of the closet. And after 3 weeks of use it started falling apart. I use yhis bag every day to carry a few things and my lunch. Unfortunately I bought this on October 31 2022 and im way past the return date. So money thrown in the garbage. I have had many bags over the years but this one lasted the least amount of time.

It fits my 15" laptop perfectly, along with the charger, mouse and any otheupplies I might need in their own little pockets so I don't have to go rooting through the bag to locate them. The straps are padded and the two pockets on the sides are great for drinks or snacks to have easily accessible. I haven't used the built-in USB port, so I can't comment on it. The backpack does NOT come with a power source, so you'll need a portable power bank if you want to use that feature.
