It really fills the cracks when you first put it on, but it rubs off easily and then it's back to normal. It's not long lasting. It heals shallow cracks, but doesn't work as well on deeper cracks. It's good enough but not a miracle maker.

Wonderful affordable product that works as advertised. I've got dry cracking heals and regular lotion wasn't doing anything to repair it. This roll on ointment goes on easy and over a couple of days relieved the cracks and dryness on my heals. Recommend nightly using an emory board to get the dead skin off, then apply the ointment and putting on a sock. Doing this daily cured my heal my problem quickly. .And it even has a nice smell.
