Edited to say that I tested out the blue hammock after this initial review. It has the same issues outlined below. It is basically identical except the difference in size that was outlined. I slept in it uncomfortably. This is coming from someone who is used to the wider hammocks as a rule. Original review: My household gave up traditional beds years ago. Since then, we've purchased 6 different types of hammocks. You find out really quickly that what is advertised isn't always the truth. This may fit two adults, but if you look at the picture, one is lying on her side and doesn't appear to be safe enough to roll onto her back. I, unfortunately, forgot to check the width on this product. I read "rip-stop" and "double hammock" and I snatched it right up. I have been using an extra hammock as a sheet and wanted to get extras for my family. That is one of the best things to recommend this. It is the best lightweight sheet to pack in your kit. But, not at this price. At this price, I fully expect a true double hammock. I've measured some of my other hammocks for comparison. Brand 1: "2 person" -- 118" L X 78" W Brand 2: "Double Hammock" -- 112" L X 76" W This hammock: "Double Hammock" -- 107" L X 54" W 22 inches shy of my smallest double hammock. Note that my measurements were made with a cloth tape ruler. I pulled it taught as to not make mistakes in measuring. I also measured each three times to be extra certain I wasn't lying to you. You'll notice that their own advertised measurements (as of today) show 106" L X 56" W. But, in their picture, they advertise a width of 55" They can't make up their mind and aren't consistent across their products. The same brand, different color came in and measured at 105" L X 54-1/4" W. To make sure I gave it a proper test for you, I used it all day to sit, swing and sleep. It is sturdy. I feel safe (currently working at my desk with it). Current use: Hanging chair. The past two days, I was fine swinging, relaxed. Sitting, because of the lack of excess material, was not as easy. And sleeping... I almost got whiplash twice while sleeping. It happened the other day and last night. I didn't learn my lesson the first time and apparently thought it might have been user error. But, I turned slightly in my hammock to sleep and when I woke up, my head fell rapidly out of it. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN in a true double hammock. I've never had my head slip out while adjusting in my sleep. So, if you're used to the larger double hammocks, be aware that this is NOT large enough to sleep sideways. I'm 5'2". My feet hang off the side of this when I try to lie down on the diagonal and my head won't stay put. Since this is the recommended sleeping arrangement, I don't know how you can fit two people comfortably in this hammock. Bottom line: If the price was lower, I'd recommend this only as a children's hammock (small children), ground cover or a sheet. I do not recommend it as a double hammock or for long-term mattress replacement.

I have a few hammocks like this. They're all pretty much the same design, just different colors. They're very easy to string up between two trees, but I will say, this one came with much shorter (about half) straps then the others I have. This means the trees have to be pretty close together, or it won't reach. Nothing a little rope extra strap won't fix, just pointing it out. Other then that, it's a nice hammock.

I love how soft, lightweight, and easy this is to hang. It supports over 200 lbs of me just fine. We had to hang a mosquito net/not included around ours to be able to enjoy it in Arkansas but we do enjoy it. The only thing that I don't love is how it kind of swallows you up and wraps around you like a cocoon. If you were claustrophobic, it could possibly be unpleasant- but some may absolutely love it. I think it's great quality and very convenient, just personally wish it were less cocoon-ey.

A hammock that is lightweight and comes in a small stuff pouch that you can take in your backpack, or even hang it from a clip on the outside. The stuff bag is sewn into the hammock and it can't get lost. The sturdy appearing carabiners are thick and the hammock straps are also thick and strong appearing. This is a little pricier than others.

The first thing I noticed when receiving this, is the name of the brand. OOOPSWaver...! That said, this is a pretty decent hammock. It is thinner than my nicer Eno hammock, so I'm not sure how it will hold up over time, but so far it’s fine. The hammock ties make it easy to put up. That said, there was a little bit of fraying on the end of one of the ties, which makes me curious about how the stitching would hold up if I would be moving the hammock around a lot. Since we are planning to leave it in one place it should be fine. One thing to be aware of is that the opening of the carabiners have a sharp edge on the ends, so be careful when you are using them. However, they seem strong and unlikely to open or slip. Overall we love the colors (we got the blue one).

I would say, “Look at the fine print,” but it is actually right there in the title description. So, read the title description carefully. The title reads, in part, “can support double person weight.” So if you look through the photos of this hammock. You will see a photograph of two people comfortably lying in the hammock. There is no possible way two people could comfortably lie in this hammock under any circumstances. This is not a two-person hammock. It may support the weight of two people, but it is not a two-person hammock. It barely fits one in my opinion, and it is far from being the most comfortable hammock I have been in. I would pass on this one. If you want a one-person hammock for camping, this may work since it is a tight fight that can help you stay warm.

My kid and I both love this! On the small side as far as hammocks go and VERY annoying that the straps aren't as pictured but just loop the included straps around something or knot them up until you get the desired length. I'd usually take off more than two stars for something like that but it's otherwise a great little comfortable hammock.
