As a shrimpy human who uses life vests for jet skiing, I am forever on the search for a short life vest that is CGA approved, fits small enough, and not too bulky. This one is mostly it. Very very adjustable with a nice easy in/out zipper. I have a short torso, and I can adjust this so it doesn't ride up at the shoulders when I am seated on my PWC. It has 2 convenient pockets and looks sharp. I bought what is labeled as blue, but is mostly gray with blue and black highlights. There are a few small less than perfect things to mention. First, it is a little thick and I would love to see this same vest in a neoprene version. Second, while the waist straps are very adjustable and handy, when they are tightened there is no place to tuck or secure the extra strap. There is a stow away area for the shoulder straps though, which is great. Lastly, there isn't a D ring, which I always appreciate (but can manage without). Some have commented that the material feels a little cheap, and I can see that perspective since it's made with a very light thin material and the zippers are plastic. This does make the vest lighter, which is a plus. Time will tell how it wears. For my purposes, it will be minimally challenged as it's not likely to be employed in water. ... show more

The fit is great and very comfortable. The appearance compared to other life vests is great. The quality of the vest and materials is great, the pockets are huge and hold my s21+ with a waterproof protector. I use it for dragonboat training/races as well as paddleboarding and plenty of room for arm movement. Great value for the money and happy I spent the extra money to get a great fitting vest with large pockets that allows me a lot of arm movement for the water activities I participate in! ... show more
