Stopped working after 4 days. I am going to seek replacement but for a cheap toy, almost not worth the effort. This may be a defect item so I marked this two stars. When it did work, it was an awesome toy to have. Just concerned it may not have the quality required Changed to 5 star because I sent a note to the supplier and they responded in 5 minutes to ship me another. So the 1 year warranty is confirmed

I received what I believe to be a faulty product so hopefully my replacement will be better. Opened the package, plugged it into my computer's USB, pressed the button on the fan, and it worked right away. After 5 minutes it stopped. Nothing I tried afterwards could get it to turn back on. I even tried it on a different PC and a laptop. The fan didn't seem to be that cheap other than the blades. I'll update this review if my replacement doesn't malfunction. (Update) My replacement arrived quickly and I am pleased to say that it's working great. It makes a subtle whistle when it spins after about 48 hours of usage throughout a week's worth, but otherwise it's a cool mini fan. I hope this one lasts a good while.

'Twas the week before Christmas, my wife visits Prime To find us gifts with our last Yuletide dime; Our son requested a garish gaming chair, But chose a cheap Chinese fan to provide extra air With a few quick clicks, his mom made this one her choice No doubt for the low price and the positive reviews that were voiced The children’s excitement grew as boxes arrived With visions of items in the list they contrived; They voraciously consumed the gifts that we wrapped For weeks in closets, these surprises were trapped When out on from the office there arose such a clatter, I sprang from the couch to see what was the matter. Out the door my boy flew like a flash, I confronted him as he was acting quite brash. “The speed of the fan was unusually high I smelled smoke and feared we might die!” I grabbed the device with an incredulous grin But the feel of hot metal made my doubts very thin Acrid electric smoke filled the air with the welfare of our gaming computer consuming my care The pending inferno disconnected the mouse But I was thankful we hadn’t burned down the house “Reboot the friendly machine” I said to myself And I toggled the main power right under the shelf When what to my wondering eyes did appear, But a power on self-test without any errors calming my fears, Bootstrap calling drivers so lively and quick, I knew in a moment that my luck must be thick. The computer was working - no breakers had tripped My attitude towards the problem had totally flipped Without fear of fire, I reconnected this fan And the listed as the familiar peripheral connection ran When up on the screen an error did appear Whose dire warning confirmed all my fears “There’s a lot of power being asked of this device So much that this USB controller cannot suffice” And in that sad moment I felt quite tricked Within half an hour this LED fan bricked My family is safe and to God I do thank And that my computer this little demon didn’t shank Within an hour I inquired of Prime Of how we might be recompensed for this crime A generous refund they provided through the app As long as we returned this dangerous piece of crap I implore of you to consider my tale For unsafe products shouldn’t be up for sale Join me and consider an alternate plan And pay a little more for a much safer fan

Mine is starting to die out after a few weeks, the lights keep turning off and on again, sometime more then others. I believe the fan is slowing down so it could be shorting out. Maybe from twisting the wire a bit to much to get it exactly how I wanted it. Not sure I would try another one. Edit: okay, shortly after writing review it died, the top part is pretty hot and I think it may have been smoking out, I could smell it while the fan was going and the lights were not. Oh well, cool while it lasted.....

Well first, it's just like the picture! It is easy to set the time and is fun to read, along with the fact that it's a fan! Obviously not a strong breeze, but a nice breeze. The blades are made out of PVC so if you bump into it it won't cut you, but also sturdy enough to last. You just plug the clock into a usb plug and turn on the only button, the same one used to set the time. One thing is that it's not chargeable, so when you use it it has to be plugged in. Two, it doesn't have an alarm, but, it's worth it, I think!
