I've been using the Onlyone Water Flosser for about 12 months now, and I'm really impressed with it. My dentist has been pushing me to water floss more consistently due to a wisdom tooth issue and this cordless model makes it so easy to use daily, the battery lasts 2 weeks Pros - The 300ML tank is a huge plus, I don't have to refill it as often as my old model. Gets me through a full mouth cleaning easily. - Adjustable water pressure is excellent. I started on low for my sensitive gums and can now dial it up to medium without any discomfort. The pressure levels actually make a difference. - Battery lasts forever. I charge it every few weeks with regular daily use, which is way better than I expected for a cordless device. - Super portable and lightweight. I bring it on work trips in my carry-on with zero issues. - Quiet operation, doesn't sound like a mini jet engine like some other brands I've tried. - Price point is unbeatable compared to similar products. Felt like I was getting premium features without breaking the bank. Cons - The tip replacements are a bit pricey if you need extras, though they do seem to last a while. - I had an issue while replacing tip with the replacement part breaking and staying inside but i was able to get it out. So far, I have purchased three Water Flossers from this company for relatives and myself. Even after I’ve brushed my teeth thoroughly, this particular Water Flosser gets between the teeth that the toothbrush simply can’t get. It has three distinct speed capabilities, and five attachments to reach every nook and cranny in your mouth. It even has a tongue cleaner. I’ve had electric toothbrushes and water pics, but neither of them does the job like the Water Flosser. My hygienist raves about how I really don’t need a cleaning because my teeth are void of any plaque. The Water Flosser cleans all of it off and my gums are super healthy. Because of its portability, I never leave the house without it for any vacations. It’s cordless and a good charge will last many months. Am so glad I purchased this and I highly highly recommended for anyone who wants spic and span teeth and healthy gums. Five star plus!!

I’ve been using the OnlyOne dental flosser for over a year and I love it. This dental flosser beats WaterPic and other brands in effectiveness, price, ease of use, engineering, and customer service. I like that the water tank holds more water, and it gets literally everything out from between my teeth. The settings work well, it’s easy to clean, not too loud. In my book, it wins hands down. My teeth and gums have never been so healthy and clean. I recently had my annual dental exam and my dentist congratulated me on having such well-cared for teeth. After about 11 months of daily use the battery wasn’t holding a charge. It was still under warranty, so I contacted the company, and they kindly sent me a new dental flosser. I’m very happy with this!

My last experience with a water flosser was in the ‘60’s, when it served as a good way to ambush a sibling more often than for its intended use. Did not feel enthusiastic when my hygenist suggested I re-visit the water flosser experience. I was, however, very pleasantly surprised with this flosser. Though I pride myself on consistent string flossing, I concede that a water jet is better. Even after concentrated string flossing, brushing and vigorous rinsing, the number of bits dislodged by this water flosser was humbling, and I am a convert to the practice. The Onlyone flosser is surprisingly compact, especially considering the amount of water that it holds. It has different pressure settings and nozzles, so you can finetune your water flossing experience. I really like its simple design and portability, and use it every time I brush. The only change I would like to see is to drop the proprietary charger connection in favor of industry standard. I heartily recommend water flossing, and this flosser is an excellent way to tune up your oral hygiene at a very reasonable cost.

This is the strongest pick for pulse and psi and it has a large tank. You can definitely feel the power on hi. I brush with 2 different tooth pastes using an electric brush and I am always amazed at how much stuff still comes out when using this pick. It used to have an Type A to Type C cord and that is what I thought this one would have but instead its Type A to figure 8. This may be an improvement but I am unsure yet as my last pick lasted just over 2 years but the cord died within 6 months. As everyone pretty much has the A to C cords it was not an issue. If this one goes out its under warranty for 2 years so we will see. This style has a button for releasing the flosser nozzel and I recommend using it for also insertion. Wet the nozzel base to lubricate it prior to insertion. If you do not do this the nozzel will wear out at the ribbed edge. Look into the port and you will see 2 wires that expand out when the button is pressed. That is what will wear down the ribs. The nozzels will eventually clog if you do not clean them on occasion with vinegar or something else if you have hard water. I used a fine needle to unclog mine as I didn't use the vinegar soon enough..

My Dentist had been suggesting I get a Water Pik for several years now. After getting a dental implant in the last tooth and having trouble with food getting impacted I decided I needed to do something. Regular floss was not working well. I finally saw this one on special and went ahead and took a chance on an off brand due to the lower cost. I’m perfectly satisfied with this one. In fact I rarely flossed with the old waxed dental floss string, but am now flossing 2x a day because it feels so good. It comes with several different tips that are easily changed out. I started with the lower pressure setting for a couple of months to get used to it. I’ve now progressed to the medium setting and doing well. I’ve been amazed at how much debris it gets out of my teeth. Even after brushing, though I recommend to use the water flossed before brushing. I charged the battery once in June when I first received the flosser. It’s now September and still going strong so the battery lasts a long time on one charge. I fill the tank with water and am typically done after only 3/4 of a tank. I just keep going until the tank is empty because it feels so good on my gums. I highly recommend this water flosser. If you have one or more implants definitely get one and you will be very happy. I will say it takes a little practice to remember to shut it off before you take it out of your mouth. My wife laughed at me the first few times I used it but she said the bonus was I had to clean the bathroom. 😂

Let's get straight to it the cons: -The on/off switch is poorly placed and requires a 1 second hold to activate. Be prepared to shoot water everywhere at first until you get used to it. This could have been avoided using a slide switch or a press to hold button (preferred since it'll turn off immediately after releasing the button). -The water strength settings are too limited with 2 options. I say 2 because Low is practically worthless. Unfortunately, the strength is a personal preference and some may find H too strong but M too weak. A solution to this issue would have been to use a rotary dial or have 5 settings instead of 3. I use M because I find H too strong (especially when the stream hits my tongue). -If you note the image of the flosser and the buttons are turned inward, consider this a moment as you're holding it while using it. The settings button is located directly below the power button (of course it is), and I've found myself changing speeds during use as I shift and turn the until while flossing. Be prepared to do the same, though I have no solution for this other than having the button moved to a location the hand isn't going to touch them. Maybe the designers think people change speeds during use? I have adapted the best I can by ensuing my fingers are wrapped around the outside of the base, but it's not perfect. Now let's talk about the pros: -Despite the limitation of the speed settings, the pump is very strong. This is why I believe a rotary dial would have been better suited as this would allow us to use the pump's full potential based on our need. This is the reason people "complain" about the small water tank. It's not small, per se, it's just the pump does a really great job of moving water. Yes, you will likely need to refill the tank while using it if you're deep cleaning, especially for those who wear braces. I don't mind this because it's very easy to fill. -It's light weight, even with a filled tank. I was impressed. I had expected the battery to be heavy, but overall, it's easy to hold and use. -The small size makes it nice to set on a sink top without taking much room. I set mine next to the tooth brush holder, which I couldn't do with the electric version I replaced. -It's quiet. Such a pleasing yet small change after years of using the electric version with its grinding pump noise. The little things matter. Overall, my rating is primarily based on the button options and locations and the lack of variable flosser speeds. For the price, I recommend it to see if it works for you. Just be prepared it may not be and a return may be necessary. I will be keeping mine despite the issues, but I will not buy another one until changes are made.
