I've been using this water pick for a couple of months. Love the reservoir size and the ability to fill it without using the little hole. Really is handy. The pick works well. The buttons make changing the settings easy. And the battery life is wicked good. For this price? This is well worth it. Great quality at affordable price. I've used the big name n for several years and this is better. Can't beat it.

Consumer reports gave this product a great review and I have to say very impressed it lasts for 15 days on 1 single charge has a large enough water bay for 1 minute of use which is more then enough. This beats waterpik in price and even performance. I use high speed mode only and it has made my teeth better and when food stuck in my teeth dont have to use annoying picks this is a gamechanger. I use this every night before going to bed.

Somewhere in the world an engineer came up with a design for a portable water flosser that everyone copied, but whoever it was they did a great job. If you check the "Power Dental Flossers" section of Amazon you'll find hundreds of models that are all pretty much exactly the same. They're usually $20-$30 but can range from from as little as $14 to $60. I didn't really comparison shop that much, I saw the Onlyone ($23), checked one or two more models that were around $30-$35 and seeing that the differences were minimal, I went with Onlyone. When I received it I inserted a tip, filled it with water, and turned it on to high... My gums were not ready for this experience. The water pressure of the Onlyone is very strong, so I would advise people to start with the low setting and work their way up. Reading the directions I learned that it should be fully charged before first use, but it's...a water pick, not a complex electronic device. What's nice about this unit is it's simplicity - settings are low, medium, high, and pulse (the latter of which I never use). There are two ways to fill it 1) rotate the top and then pull up or 2) open the reservoir door on the back. I didn't even realize it had a reservoir door until about three weeks into owning it. It comes with an assortment of tips including the regular tips, tips for people with crowns, and a tongue cleaner, all of which work well, and are solidly built. It's also rating IPX7 so you can use it in the shower, which is nice. One issue I've found is that on the high setting, because of the strong water pressure, water runs out rather quickly, which isn't a big deal and will occur with any of these models. Now for the not so good issues - the charging port and the lack of a charging brick. The charging port and cable on this are proprietary and it doesn't come with a charging brick. With that said, it takes a 5V charging brick so any old phone charging brick will work. There are many models like this that use usb-c to charge which are ubiquitous. Th design of all of these units aren't really ergonomically friendly to say the least. Also, it would be great to be able to change the water pressure before it actually starts - more than once I've blasted myself in the face while attempting to look at which mode I'm using : ) Overall this is a solid product that's well built and does exactly what it supposed to at a good price.

I have never used a water pick/flosser before and did not know what to expect but i love it and will never go back to string flossing as this really cleans between your teeth very well! Excited to see if the dentist can tell the difference. The unit is rechargeable and the charge lasts for weeks. The unit itself is sturdy and made well and the water pressure is very good and you have 4 different speeds to choose from based on your individual preference. In the beginning the reservoir would run out but once you get accustomed to holding the unit and moving it was enough for me.

Update: 01/21/26--I felt it was important to state that I use the water flosser IN ADDITION TO my daily brushing and flossing routine. I use floss picks, interdental brushes, and regular dental floss. I also use Plax pre-brushing rinse to help remove plaque. I use a battery-operated Oral B toothbrush. The water flosser is a great addition to my normal routine. I received this water flosser 10/17/25 and began using it after I charged it overnight. I decided to wait until after my dental cleaning appointment to write a review so I could get feedback from the hygienist regarding the effectiveness of removing plaque. At my dental appointment on 12/11/25, the hygienist was pleased because there was very little plaque buildup on my teeth. Her only recommendation was to use the flosser on medium speed because she said high could cause damage to the gum tissue. Here are the PROS and CONS: PROS: It's very easy to fill the tank with water. (I use filtered water that I store in a water bottle on the counter) It holds a charge for two to three weeks. It's easy to use and makes my teeth feel really clean. It comes with five cleaning attachments: 2 regular water sprayers, 1 plaque removal tool, 1 tool for braces, and a tongue cleaner. I keep the tip covered with a toothbrush cover when not in use. CONS: It is a bit messy as water flows out of your mouth and on the handle which makes it slippery. Overall, I'm happy with the product and the results.
