This is great system sounds awsome!! Took shipping a long time time to recieve all items about 4 weeks total but it's all here contacted seller alot to make sure everything was comming responded quickly with updates. This is not a complete in the box system just so you know all items are seperate like they threw a package together but for the money time and patience for delivery I recommend this set up speakers cant go wrong Polk audio been around for a long time. ... show more

Great system for the price ! While family is happy we can finally Watch TV with the captions turned off! Lol movies sound great ! Loud and clear ! Took about 2 hours to set it all up from the time we opened the box to watching tv .. the tower speakers were a little shorter then I expected but love them ! ... show more

don’t be a fool and listen to other people. Sounds amazing. Even at 90%. Friends wish they had it. I swear Amazon reviews ruin some stuff. This is good quality music. Especially blasting the dead !!! And PHISh!!!!

Stereo is great but customer service was even better. I had a issue getting the reciever but it was fixed quickly

    • Customer service is horrible
First delivery is incompleted, shorted a pair of book shelves speakers, arrived couple days later. When installing the system, receiver doesn’t work with all speakers out put, requested assistance for exchange on April 14th, nobody care, still no response. Very, very disappointed

    • Seller doesn’t stand behind the product.
We purchased this in 11/2020; by 01/2021, only one channel was functional. We’ve attempted to contact the vendor on several occasions, via several methods...as of today, 03/30/21, we’ve had no response. Amazon continues to state that we should reach out to the vendor. Absolutely frustrating!
