Bought this for my daughter but may have to order another because I take it everywhere. Don't hesitate for a second to buy this e-moto. Came packaged well, minimal assembly and you're flying along on what feels to be a well built and visually appealing moto. Rides great, comfort is.... well.... as comfortable as any dirt bike seat could be especially when you're cruising along at 47mph (fastest ive gotten it so far) Lights are bright, brake lights light up and stop it with ease, has a key for security and loud horn for safety. Customer service is very responsive and answered almost instantly when I had questions on ipx rating and availability of a second battery (rain is fine keep water below charge port, additional batteries are available) so far the biggest problem ive had with this is the fact that every time I ride it I end up spending just as much time showing it to the people who stop me wanting to know everything about it. ... show more

This is a great freaking bike. I would give it 5 stars but the major thing that's wrong with it is the battery life. Idk if I got a defective battery but it only last 8 miles a charge. IV tried to reach out and haven't heard anything yet. The torque is amazing though the speed probably not quite 50 but still is super fast. ... show more

exceeded expectations. rapid delivery arrived before scheduled date. product ordered equal to or above quality ordered. excellant price compared to other similar/ identical items. heavy sturdy frame. still in process of assembly but all parts accounted for. some instructions provided. arrived about 75% pre-assembled (mainly needed to install front tire & handle bars). good tight packaging. Fedex delivery with constant tracking available during shipping process. if no updated review complaints assume torque and speed equal or exceeded claims (based on weight and new motor component size/ condition expect NO problems). great buying experience. would use them again based on everything so far. My display is not working I can’t see how fast I am going or with mode I am in it ride like this but I mean you pay for you get. It’s a really fun e-bike. The battery is easy to get out but confusing at the same time

This thing shocked me with its power. If you get it for your kids make sure they start out slow in Gear 1. Gear 3 will throw you off if you aren't careful 😆. I like it and for the price you can't beat it. It has no problems hitting trails and hills. I had it topped out at 48mph on the road.

The key box broke off the bike on the first ride, I would like for the seller just to replace the throttle, rather then making us send back the whole bike and costing us an additional $200. Definitely disappointed, my so was so excited!
