My daughter and I set this up the first time in a little over 5 minutes. Because you can leave the fabric on the frame and because we had some experience with it, we set it up a 2nd time in a little over a minute thirty seconds. Keep in mind neither of these times were we racing to get it set up. Besides being easy to setup, I like that it isn't that heavy and make it easy to take to the beach or an outing. The fabric is thin, the frame isn't made from the heaviest of metal but then again I was looking for lightweight. I think it will do it's job just fine. While it comes with ground spikes, it would have been nice if there were some sand bags as well. Even for $69 I think they could have included 4. Overall I'm happy with it, now I just have to see how it holds up. I think if the winds were more than 15-20mph, I'd probably take this down as I don't think it's built for more than that. ... show more

I bought this canopy to put in my backyard for when I have barbecue. The shade has a great UV protection and so I won’t get burned by the sun. Given the price, this is a good buy. I wanted a smaller tent for use at pop warner games. This fits the bill for size and cost. It's definitely not the most sturdy of units, but for light-duty, it's great.

Our family goes camping every year. And we never bought one of these to keep the sun out while sitting on the bench to eat. Seems very sturdy. I can use it in my backyard while BBQ as well. Multiple uses.
